    Alpine, TX – Aggravated Murder suspect Manuel Adriano-Ruiz was returned Monday, November 14, 2022, to Mexican law enforcement authorities, via U.S. Border Patrol and U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials at the Presidio, TX, port-of-entry. The Texas Department of Public Safety provided additional personnel and equipment during the return.
