Kenneth Alan Stout is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) and the McDowell County Sheriff's Department (MCSD) for the murder of Barbara Baker, whose body was found April 1, 2023. Stout has a long history of violence and is very dangerous and manipulative. Information indicates Stout is likely exploiting the generosity of the religious community, particularly black/African American and Baptist churches, and may be seeking work as a handyman. Stout was last seen in the area of Dillon County, South Carolina.. A combined reward is being offered by the United States Marshal Service and Crime Stoppers of West Virginia up to $15,000.00 for any information that leads to the arrest of Stout.
