Memphis, TN – Mississippi homicide fugitive, Malcolm Kohn, was arrested today by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) in Memphis. He was wanted out of Leflore County for Murder.

Alexandria, VA – The U.S. Marshals Service for the Eastern District of Virginia is alerting the public again of a phone scam where con artists are spoofing the district office’s real phone numbers to trick people into sending money.

Billings, MT – The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) in Montana, along with multiple law enforcement agencies, arrested near the search area in Anaconda at approximately 2 p.m. on Friday, the man suspected in the killing of four people at an Anaconda bar Aug. 1.

Michael Paul Brown, 45, is being held at the Butte-Silver Bow Detention Center.

Denver, CO – The U.S. Marshals Service’s Colorado Violent Offender Task Force (COVOTF) located and arrested a Texas homicide suspect early Monday morning in Dacono, Colorado.

Clarksburg, WV – The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) is alerting the public of imposter scams involving individuals claiming to be U.S. Marshals, other law enforcement officials, or federal court employees. These imposters attempt to collect financial compensation in lieu of arrest due to a claim of failing to report for jury duty or other court related matters.

Cleveland, OH – United States Marshal Pete Elliott announces new information in the cold case fugitive investigation into Lester Eubanks.  Since 2016 the United States Marshals Service (USMS) in the Northern District of Ohio has been on the hunt for Eubanks.

Jackson, TN – The total reward in the search for Austin Drummond, wanted on first degree murder and other counts, has reached a combined total of $32,500 for information leading to his arrest.

Washington, DC – The U.S. Marshals Service Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force has arrested a man suspected in a 1999 rape and murder in Washington.

Serralta as the new director of the U.S. Marshals Service, after he was confirmed yesterday by the U.S. Senate. President Donald Trump nominated Serralta March 3, 2025, to lead the nation’s first federal law enforcement agency.

Austin, TX – Members of the U.S. Marshals-led Lone Star Fugitive Task Force Thursday evening arrested an individual who was sought for a July 29th homicide in Leander. 

Boston, MA – The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), District of Massachusetts Fugitive Task Force (MAFTF) announces the arrest of Webster Portalatin-Castro, 37, who was wanted for rape of a person under the age of 18. The warrant was issued on June 3, 2025, from the Cleveland Municipal Court in Cleveland, OH.

Chicago, IL - The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Northern District of Illinois, in coordination with the USMS Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force (GLRFTF) and Chicago Police Department, have safely recovered a child missing for seven years.

Lake County, TN – In the search for fugitive Austin Drummond, the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) is offering a reward of up to $10,000* for information that leads to Drummond’s arrest.

Philadelphia, PA - Members of the U.S. Marshals Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force arrested Amir Jones, 32, in the 4900 block of Kershaw Street in Philadelphia. Jones was wanted by the Philadelphia Police Department for 3 counts of homicide in relation to a July 21, 2024, mass shooting in the 1200 block of N. Alden Street.

Jackson, TN – The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) and Jackson Police Department arrested a Jackson couple, Jamar Hardiman, 45, and his wife, Crysta Hardiman, 37, after a barricade situation during an arrest.

Memphis, TN – On July 28, 2025, Lorenzo Gordon, 38, surrendered to the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) in Memphis on a First-Degree Murder warrant.

Abingdon, VA – An alleged child rapist was arrested July 26 near the Virginia-Tennessee line through a coordinated effort by law enforcement agencies working in multiple states.

William Martin was wanted for first-degree rape of a child on a warrant issued in Caldwell County, North Carolina.
