New York, NY – Members of the U.S. Marshal’s Regional Fugitive Task Force on Wednesday morning arrested 68-year-old Joseph Michaels, who was wanted by the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office in Florida on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12, sexual battery, and unlawful sexual activity with a child.

Albuquerque, NM – A large-scale, 17-week-long multi-federal, state and local operation led by the United States Marshals Service District of New Mexico, focused on violent fugitives, firearms and narcotics related offenders has concluded. 

Jackson, TN – On March 16, 2026, U.S. Marshals Service captured wanted sex offender, Isiah Nathaniel Shubert, 25, of Savannah, TN, in a homeless camp in Jackson, TN.

Louisville, MS – Bobby White Jr., 45, was arrested in Ackerman, Mississippi on March 17, 2026, after a fugitive investigation conducted by the U.S. Marshals Service. White Jr. was wanted by the Winston County Sheriff’s Department for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and attempted aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. 

Memphis, TN – The Memphis Safe Task Force (MSTF) on Thursday executed 38 criminal arrests and recovered 12 illegal firearms.

Cedar Rapids, IA – U.S. Marshals working with Cedar Rapids and Marion police late Thursday night arrested a man charged with the Monday shooting death of a Dubuque teenager. 

Latrell Otis Powell-Moore, 18, is charged with first-degree murder in Dubuque County.

Newark, NJ – The U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force, in coordination with state and local law enforcement partners from the Hopewell Township Police Department and Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, on Thursday arrested a man wanted for a stabbing incident that occurred on Feb. 25 on Bear Tavern Road in Mercer County.  

Memphis, TN – The Memphis Safe Task Force (MSTF) on Wednesday executed 46 criminal arrests and recovered nine illegal firearms.

Cleveland, OH – Late last night, members of the U.S. Marshals Service in Puerto Rico arrested Robert ‘Bobby Champagne’ Serina, 45.  Serina was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the FBI in the Northern District of Ohio for two open federal cases.

Akron, OH – Late this morning, members of the U.S. Marshals led Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Tion Green, 20. Green was wanted by police in Killeen, TX for murder.

Memphis, TN – The Memphis Safe Task Force (MSTF) over the weekend executed 93 criminal arrests, including one juvenile, and recovered 22 illegal firearms.

Cleveland, OH – The U.S. Marshals newest investigative team has seen great success in their first month of operations.  The SPEAR Unit, Specialized Personnel for Enforcement, Apprehension and Recovery, has been working diligently on all cases encompassing their investigative areas, including sex offenders, missing children and cold cases. 

Pueblo, CO -  Members of the United States Marshals Service’s Colorado Violent Offender Task Force (COVOTF), working in coordination with local law enforcement partners, have arrested Robert Hartsock, who had been wanted out of the State of Indiana since 2019 for failure to register as a sex offender and probation violations.

Washington, DC - Members of the U.S. Marshals Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force on Monday were involved in an exchange of gunfire in Vero Beach, Florida, as they attempted to arrest a man wanted in Colorado on multiple sexual assault charges. 

Memphis, TN – The Memphis Safe Task Force on Tuesday executed 60 criminal arrests and recovered seven illegal firearms.

Of note: Takyah Moffitt, 25, was arrested at Rozelle Street and Person Avenue on a warrant for first-degree murder issued Feb. 24.
