San Juan, PR – The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force, working with the USMS Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force Orlando Division, Sept. 5 arrested a man wanted by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office in Florida for a premeditated murder stemming from a shooting incident Aug. 24 in Kissimmee, Florida.

San Juan, PR – The U.S. Marshals Service Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force and Puerto Rico Police Department Aug. 9 arrested in Aguada a man wanted on state charges of illegal possession of a firearm and who is a suspect in a May 21 shooting incident that left a baby dead and two adults injured.

San Juan, PR – The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force (PRVOTF) Aug. 8 arrested in Guaynabo a man with a state and a federal warrant on charges of physically abusing and beating his wife and of conspiracy to produce and distribute cocaine, heroin and fentanyl. 

San Juan, PR – On the night of Aug. 5, police officers from the Puerto Rico Police Bureau (PRPB) investigated a shooting in the Municipality of Carolina involving three men, two of whom were federal fugitives.

San Juan, PR – The U.S. Marshals Service Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force (PRVOTF) and Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF), arrested in Caguas and Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, two men wanted in West Virginia on charges of conspiracy to produce and distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine, heroin and fentanyl.

Hartford, CT – The Connecticut U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force, Willimantic SWAT team and detectives’ division today arrested a man wanted in Massachusetts on multiple charges following a December 2023 shooting incident left one man dead.

New Haven, CT - The U.S. Marshals today located and arrested in Puerto Rico a man wanted by the East Hartford Police Department since 2017 on multiple sex assault and other charges.

Jose Sanchez, 44, was wanted for three counts of sexual assault 4th degree and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.  

San Juan, PR – A man charged with the murder of another man in Puerto Rico was apprehended early today in Phenix City, Alabama, by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Task Force working a collateral lead from the U.S. Marshals in Puerto Rico and the Bayamón Special Detention Unit.

On June 11, 2011, Angel Cruz Cabrera along with three other inmates, escaped from a state correctional institution in Bayamon, PR. Cruz Cabrera was serving a sentence of 60 years for robbery, attempted murder, murder and weapons law violations.

U.S. Marshals arrested Edwin Colon Vazquez, a fugitive wanted in Orlando, Florida for allegedly shooting and killing another man on May 10, 2020 in Kissimmee, Florida.
