The United States Marshals Service (USMS) and Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) are requesting assistance in locating 34-year-old Michael Burham. Burham is wanted by the Warren City (PA) Police Department for Escape. Burham was being held at the Warren County Jail where he was facing kidnapping charges. Burham is also a suspect in a homicide investigation. Burham has an extensive and violent criminal history and should be considered armed and dangerous.
