The U. S. Marshals Service and the Metropolitan Police Department are requesting the
public's assistance in locating Nyjell Outler. Outler is accused of shooting one man and
killing another while attending a gender reveal party in northeast Washington, D.C., on
March 20, 2021. Recent criminal history includes other weapon-related offenses that
involve an AK-47. Outler should be considered armed and dangerous.
