U.S. Marshals Service Policy Directives - Records Management

This policy directive establishes principles, procedures, and requirements for managing United States Marshals Service (USMS) records; ensures USMS compliance with federal laws and regulations for managing records; and establishes the policy governing the creation, capture, receipt, maintenance, use, and disposition of all USMS records.
