U.S. Marshals Request Public's Assistance to Locate Fugitive Justin Chapman

Martinsburg, WV – The U.S. Marshals Service, Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, is requesting the public's assistance in locating Justin Chapman 29, of Martinsburg, WV. On January 7, 2019, a warrant for Justin Chapman was issued by the West Virginia Department of Corrections. Chapman violated his state parole. Justin Chapman was on parole stemming from a previous robbery charge.

The U.S. Marshals Task Force is assisting the West Virginia Department of Corrections in locating and arresting Chapman.

While on parole Justin Chapman was residing at 65 Sopwith Way in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Chapman may be in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia or fled to surrounding states. Chapman's criminal history includes Robberies, Burglary, Battery and Drug Distribution.
