Williamsport, PA – Today, United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Jeferson Lopes-Deandrade, a 20-year-old man formerly of Philadelphia.

On October 31, 2021, at about 2:30 a.m., the Philadelphia Police Department investigated a non-fatal shooting in the 7900 block of Horrocks Street. As a result of their investigation detectives obtained an arrest warrant charging Lopes-Deandrade with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and firearms violations. Today at about 10 a.m., members of the fugitive task force arrested Lopes-Deandrade without incident in the first block of North Highland Street, Lock Haven. He was turned over to Clinton County authorities for arraignment and processing.

In this way the Marshals Service contributes to the overall public safety of our communities."
