Washington, DC – The U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force (SERFTF) on Jan. 13 arrested a Georgia man wanted out of Clayton County on two counts of armed robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and aggravated assault stemming from an incident in March 2025.

Jabrail Richardson is alleged to have entered the College Park Customs business on March 11, 2025, brandished a KelTec 5.7 rifle, and committed an armed robbery.

On Jan. 7 the Clayton County Police Department requested SERFTF assistance in locating and arresting Richardson.

After a thorough investigation, SERFTF arrested Richardson without incident at a residence in Riverdale, Georgia.

During the arrest, SERFTF officers observed suspected illegal narcotics inside the residence and obtained a search warrant. Upon execution of the warrant, SERFTF seized two semi-automatic handguns, two semi-automatic rifles, and approximately four pounds of marijuana. All items were turned over to the Clayton County Police Department.

Formed June 20, 2003, the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force mission is to locate and apprehend fugitives, with priority given to fugitives wanted for violent crime. With its primary office in Atlanta, the SERFTF operates throughout Georgia. Since its inception the SERFTF has arrested more than 47,800 fugitives.
