|New Hampshire 'Fugitive of the Week' Arrested by U.S. Marshals in Oregon|
Concord, NH – Yesterday, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Portland, Oregon was able to locate and arrest, “Fugitive of the Week,” Lamar Linwood Clark. Upon approach to the residence, Clark attempted to flee by jumping off a rear balcony and was taken into custody as he hit the ground.
Clark, 32 years-of-age, was last known to be live
in and around Manchester, NH. Mr. Clark had been featured as the U.S.
Marshals – New Hampshire “Fugitive of the Week” just yesterday,
September 22nd. Clark was being sought on an outstanding Rockingham
County (NH) Superior Court warrant for failing to appear on a charge of
non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images. Information
developed by the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force through interviews and
research led to Clark’s location in Portland, Oregon. This information
was relayed to our partners in Portland who were able to quickly act on
it, which resulted in Clark’s arrest
Additionally, the “Fugitive of the Week” was
distributed statewide to all law enforcement officers in New Hampshire.
