U.S. Marshals Service, Metro PD Still Seeking DC Murder Suspect
USMS now offering $10K reward for info leading to arrest

Nyjell OutlerWashington, DC Ė The U.S. Marshals-led Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF), along with the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), is asking for the publicís assistance in locating a suspect in a DC murder.

Nyjell Outler, 18, is accused of shooting one man and killing another while attending a gender reveal party in northeast Washington, DC, March 20 in the unit block of Madison Street NE.

The U.S. Marshals are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to Outlerís arrest, and the police department offers up to $25,000 in reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of any homicide in the District.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call MPD at 202-727-9099. Additionally, anonymous information may be submitted to the MPD TEXT TIP LINE by sending a text message to 50411. Tips may also be submitted directly to the Marshals by calling 1-877-WANTED2 or using the USMS Tips app.

The mission of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Force is to locate and apprehend the most violent and dangerous fugitives throughout the Washington metropolitan area. With offices in Washington, Virginia, and Maryland, the CARFTF has developed, and will continue to develop, relationships with numerous federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies in order to help ensure the safety of the citizens of our nation's capital and surrounding areas.
