Aggravated Domestic Assault Fugitive Arrested in Burlington

Burlington, VT – The U.S. Marshals Service and Burlington Police Department arrested a fugitive who was wanted for 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault with a Weapon.

Bryan Finn's arrest warrant was issued in August of 2020 following a domestic assault with a firearm. Burlington Police Department requested the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service to locate and apprehend Finn in February of 2021.

On March 30, 2021, Finn, 35, was arrested without incident following a vehicle stop in Burlington.

Finn has an extensive criminal history that spans both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His arrests include robbery, resisting arrest, aggravated assault, burglary, carrying a firearm without a license, and more. Finn currently has active arrest warrants out of the state of Pennsylvania.

Finn's arrest was a result of a culmination of investigative efforts by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Burlington Police Department.
