On January 12, 2021, Investigators with the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force tracked Dyer to a residence near the 2500 block of Pershing. With the assistance of the Shelby County Fugitive Apprehension Team, Dyer was taken into custody without incident.
