U.S. Marshals Locate Endangered Juvenile

Jackson, TN – U.S. Marshal Tyreece Miller announced today the recovery of an endangered female juvenile who was located in Martin, Tennessee by members of the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force. Marshals say they received information about the juvenile earlier today and went to the Eagle Inn located at 55 North Lindell Street to look for her.

After interviewing several of the occupants of the hotel they discovered the juvenile in room 54. Marshals say several adults were also in the room including Myles Watson who was wanted in Weakley County Tennessee for Aggravated Assault. The juvenile was released to the custody of the Department of Children’s Services. Watson, 19, was taken to the Weakley County Jail to await a hearing on his charges.

The Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force (GCRFTF) has offices in Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama. The West Tennessee office consists of Deputy U.S. Marshals, Investigators with the Jackson Police Department, Agents with the Tennessee Department of Correction, Investigators with the Memphis Police Department, Shelby County Sheriff's Office and Fayette County Sheriff's Office.
