The U.S. Marshals Service is Requesting the Public's Assistance in Locating Fugitive Joshua Raymond

Martinsburg, WV – The United States Marshals Service is asking for the public's assistance in locating Joshua Raymond, 32, of Inwood, West Virginia. Raymond is wanted by the United States Marshals Service on Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute Heroin, Fentanyl, Cocaine Base and Cocaine Hydrochloride.

Officers believe Raymond may still be in the south Berkeley County, West Virginia area, staying with family or friends.
