Harrisburg, PA – Today, United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Dominque Apprentice Montgomery, a 29-year old man from Williamsburg, South Carolina.

On July 31, 2020, officials in Hemingway, South Carolina obtained an arrest warrant charging Montgomery with Possession of a Weapon During a Violent Crime and Attempted Murder. He was turned over to Cumberland County officials for arraignment and booking.

United States Marshal Martin J. Pane stated, “We place a high priority on fugitive cases in which the use of violence against victims occurs. By working with our law enforcement partners to ensure violent offenders are brought to justice, communities throughout Pennsylvania become safer and more secure.”
