U.S. Marshals Task Force Arrests Three Dog Owners for Reckless Homicide

Memphis, TN – U.S. Marshal Tyreece Miller announces the arrests of Kimberly Jordan, Phyllis Jones, and Dedricz Perry for Reckless Homicide.

On April 22, Doris Arrington was killed by four unsecured dogs. This occurred at the 1200 block of Capital Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.

Warrants were issued by Shelby County for the arrests of Jordan, Jones and Perry for this incident.

The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Jordan and Jones at an apartment at the 5200 block of Shellborn Circle. They were taken into custody without incident.

Perry surrendered himself to the Marshals Task Force at 201 Poplar.

"Unsecured dogs were deadly weapons in this horrible crime. I'm pleased that the Marshals Service had a hand in bringing the owners to justice," said Marshal Miller.
