    Concord, NH – This morning, the United States Marshals Service is pleased to report that they have successfully tracked down and arrested a Litchfield (NH) Police Department fugitive in New York. Devin Leonard, 23 years-of-age, was arrested without incident by members of the U.S. Marshals – New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force in Buffalo, New York.

Ryan Gomez was subsequently was found guilty in absentia and received a sealed sentence from Circuit Court Judge Edward Miller.

    Washington, DC - The manhunt for a U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted fugitive ended Friday with the arrest in Mexico of Jeffrey Winston Forrest, 47, wanted by the Taylor County Sheriff's Department in Abilene, Texas, for two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child, bail jumping, and failure to appear.

    Martinsburg, WV – The U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Jerry Lee Vickers, 72, of Martinsburg, West Virginia.

    Vickers was investigated by the West Virginia State Police on sexual assault charges involving a minor. The investigation resulted in a warrant being issued charging Jerry Vickers with 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a minor.

    Memphis, TN – A Minnesota murder suspect was arrested in West Memphis, Arkansas by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force.

    Orlando Franklin was arrested earlier today. He had a warrant for his arrest out of Ramsey County Minnesota for 2nd Degree Murder. He is alleged to be the suspect in an April 25 shooting death in St. Paul Minnesota.
