U.S. Marshals Service Policy Directive - In-District Prisoner Movements

Establishes policy and procedures for the movement of prisoners by the United States Marshals Service (USMS), either within a district or up to 50 miles in a bordering district. These policies and procedures do not apply to prisoners moved by the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS).
