The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) or other authorized agency user to house Federal detainees with the Local Government at the Northern Neck Regional Jail, 3908 Richmond Road, Warsaw, Virginia 22572 (hereinafter referred to as the Facility).
