IGA - Norfolk City Office of the Sheriff, Virginia Intergovernmental Agreement

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Norfolk City (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal low or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Norfolk City Jail (the facility).
