IGA - Nevada Southern Detention Center, Nevada Intergovernmental Agreement

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) and the Office of the Federal Detention Trustee (OFDT) establish this Agreement that allows the components of the Federal government, inducting the United States Marshals Service, Bureau of Prisoners (BQP), as well as the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to house detainees at the Nevada Southern Detention Center in Pahrump, Nevada (the facility).
