IGA - Massachusetts Department of Correction, Massachusetts Intergovernmental Agreement

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Massachusetts Department of Correction (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Massachusetts Department of Correction Institutions at Framingham, Bridgewater, Gardner, Norfolk, Cedar-Junction and Concord (the facility).
