IGA - La Paz County Sheriff's Department, Arizona Intergovernmental Agreement

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and La Paz county (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the La Paz County Sheriff's Department in La Paz County, Arizona (the facility).
