James Weldin is the Acting U.S. Marshal for the District of Delaware. He is a decorated law enforcement officer and a recipient of the Departmental Purple Heart, and an emergency management professional with over 21 years in law enforcement.

Dr. Jurgen R. Soekhoe was sworn in as the acting United States Marshal (USM) for the District of Columbia on March 3rd, 2026.

Robert Anthony Dixon, aka Tony, was appointed to serve as the fifth U.S. Marshal for the United States Marshals Service for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia on December 5, 2019. He began his more than 35 year law enforcement career as a Criminal Investigator with the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).

Priscilla Perez Lopez serves as the Acting United States Marshal for the Southern District of Florida, a position to which she was designated on August 29, 2025, by former U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi.

William B. Berger was sworn in as the United States Marshal of the Middle District of Florida on February 7, 2011. The District is comprised of five offices located in Tampa, Jacksonville, Ocala, Orlando, and Ft. Myers.

Brett R. Hall was designated to serve as the Acting United States Marshal (USM) for the Southern District of Georgia by Attorney General Pamela Bondi on July 14, 2025.

Joseph “Joe” Chapman is the Acting United States Marshal for the Middle District of Georgia, sworn in on March 10, 2026, following his appointment by former Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Stephen G. Serrao was designated as the acting U.S. Marshal for the Northern District of Georgia on March 10, 2026 by United States Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Fernando Leon Guerrero Sablan serves as the United States Marshal for the District of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands. Fernando Sablan began his law enforcement career with the Guam Police Department where he worked for 22 years, rising through the ranks until he retired as a Major.

As Marshal, Bunn is responsible for U.S. Marshals Service operations in the District's 44 counties, encompassing over 83,000 square miles of land. He is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the District’s three offices, located in Boise, Coeur d'Alene and Pocatello.

The Honorable David C. Davis was nominated by President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., confirmed by the United States Senate, and appointed on January 3, 2023, to serve as the United States Marshal (USM) for the Southern District of Illinois.

LaDon Reynolds was nominated on November 12, 2021 to be the U.S. Marshal for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Reynolds held numerous leadership positions while at the department, including Detective Commander.
