    Fayetteville, AR – On November 17th,  the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Michael Hogue in Fort Smith and Amanda Penny in Rogers, AR.  Hogue was wanted for 1st Degree Murder and Penny for Accomplice to Murder in the 1st Degree. Both had additional charges for possession of a firearm by certain persons.

    Soria, a Mexican national and U.S. convicted sex offender, was taken into custody following a traffic violation. Records indicate he was previously deported in 2018 and again in 2022.

    Memphis, TN – A 15-year-old missing child was safely recovered after a tip led to the child being safely found in Hawaii.

    On September 1, 2025, the child was reported as a runaway and was last seen wearing a T-shirt and grey sweatpants walking Westbound on Highway 64. Facility staff notified the authorities that the child mentioned being suicidal in the past.

Warrant charges include homicide, narcotics, firearms, and sex offenses, among others. This includes 203 firearm warrants and 264 narcotics warrants. The Task Force has arrested 2,342 individuals on various charges.
