Gagnon is being sought on an arrest warrant for failing to appear for a supervised release violation. Gagnon was convicted in U.S. District Court in 2016. Gagnon was last known to reside in Manchester, but it has been reported he has moved out of his last known address.

Pickard is wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants including Concord Police felony warrants for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender, and Possession of a Controlled drug (Methamphetamine). Pickard was last known to reside in Concord, NH but his current whereabouts are unknown.

Stevenson is currently believed to be abusing drugs and has a history of assaultive behavior. Based on recent evidence, Stevenson is also believed to be in possession of a FIREARM and should be considered ARMED & DANGEROUS. Stevenson has ties throughout New Hampshire, especially the Seacoast and Strafford County areas.
