For immediate release

Jackson, TN – U.S. Marshal Tyreece Miller announced today the arrest of Daniel Donahoe and Elvis Proctor IV who were wanted in connection with a September robbery and shooting. During that incident which occurred at a Jackson motel, the victim was robbed at gunpoint and shot. Three other individuals were arrested shortly after the incident but investigators say Donahoe and Proctor fled the state. Both men were charged with Especially Aggravated Robbery and Attempted First Degree Murder in connection with the incident. The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force was contacted earlier this month and asked to assist in locating the remaining suspects. Today local Marshals along with members of the Florida/Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force located Donahoe and Proctor at a motel just north of Orlando, Florida. Marshals say both men were arrested without incident and booked into the Volusia County Jail to await extradition to Tennessee. "The Marshals Service is proud to collaborate with our partners in Florida to capture these fugitives", said U.S. Marshal Tyreece Miller. "We serve the community by getting violent suspects off the streets to answer for their crimes."
