IGA - Northumberland County Sheriff's Office, Virginia Intergovernmental Agreement

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (lGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS ) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Northumberland County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of Federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Northumberland County Jail (the facility).
