Wanted for Crimes Against Children, Fugitive Arrested Within 24 Hours of Memphis Safe Task Force Lead

Memphis, Tennessee – The Memphis Safe Task Force announces the arrest of Terry Milius, 75, in Pensacola, Florida, stemming from a warrant issued out of Shelby County, Tennessee. Milius is charged with: 

  • 3 counts of Rape of a Child
  • 5 counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery 

The Memphis Safe Task Force adopted this fugitive investigation on October 22, 2025. Through enhanced interagency collaboration, Task Force members developed credible leads indicating that Milius was residing at a residence in Florida. 

The investigative intelligence was shared with the United States Marshals Service, Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force, whose swift action led to Milius being taken into custody less than 24 hours later.
