The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is requesting assistance in locating 34-year-old Edgar Salvador Casian-Garcia. Casian-Garcia is wanted by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office in Washington in reference to Murder in the 1st Degree, Rape of a Child in the 1st Degree and Assault of a Child in the 1st Degree. He may be traveling with his girlfriend Araceli Medina (also a fugitive) and/or children (ages 10, 12 and 14) who have been reported missing and endangered by local law enforcement.
