The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is requesting assistance in locating 38-year-old Araceli Medina. Medina is wanted by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office in Washington in reference to Aggravated Murder in the First Degree, 4 counts of Rape of a Child in the First Degree and 3 counts of Assault of a Child in the First Degree. She may be traveling with her boyfriend Edgar Casian-Garcia (also a fugitive) and/or children (ages 10, 12 and 14) who have been reported missing and endangered by local law enforcement.
