IGA - Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center, Virginia Intergovernmental Agreement

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Prince William-Manassas for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal low or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center (the facility).
