IGA - Nueces County, Texas Intergovernmental Agreement

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the NUECES COUNTY JAIL - 901 LEOPARD ST./ CORPUS CHRISTI, TX 18401 (6DP); EAST HIDALGO DETENTION CENTER - 1300 E. HWY. 107, -VILLA, TX 78562 (6R3) and COASTAL BEND DETENTION FACILITY - 4909 FM 2826, ROBSTOWN, TX 78380 (6RS) (hereinafter referred to as the facility)./p>
