IGA - Blue Ridge Regional Jail Authority, Virginia Intergovernmental Agreement

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Blue Ridge Regional Jail Authority (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail - Lynchburg Facility (the facility).
