Portland, ME – The U.S. Marshals Service, Maine Violent Offender Task Force announce the arrest of Tyler Miller, 37, of Newport, Maine. Miller was being sought by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office out of Ohio on a warrant issued by them on July 20th 2020, for failing to register as a sex offender.

According to Department of Army documents, Miller was previously an E-4 in the Army and had been adjudicated guilty in October of 2009 to wrongful sexual contact under a Special Court-Martial.
