Neon Palm Tree up for Auction by U.S. Marshals
Anchorage, AK – A neon palm tree, formerly located at the Paradise Inn on Spenard Road, is being sold via an online auction by the U.S. Marshals.

The auction for the 22-foot, non-working sign runs until Tuesday, July 10, and has a starting price of $4,500 at by Gaston & Sheehan Auctioneers, on behalf of the U.S. Marshals.

The Paradise Inn was forfeited to the federal government as part of a criminal drug case against Suk Joon Lee and Kyong Taek Song. The neon palm tree was removed from the property and is being sold separately from the real property, which will be offered by sale by the U.S. Marshals in the future.
