|Fugitive Task Force Requests Assistance of the Public to Locate Fugitive Julie Bolinger|
The Mountain State
Fugitive Task Force is requesting the assistance of the public in
locating fugitive Julie Bolinger, 40, formerly of Bunker Hill, West
Virginia. Julie Bolinger is wanted by the Berkeley County Sheriff’s
Office on charges of distribution of heroin.
Bolinger was part of a previous drug roundup and may have left the Berkeley County area to surrounding states to avoid capture. Julie Bolinger has also gone by the names Julie Teague or Julie Bradford. Investigators believe Julie Bolinger has moved into the Martinsburg area. Bolinger has been known to frequent local area motels on Winchester Avenue in Martinsburg West Virginia.
