SCRANTON, Pa. – Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Charles Schoonover, 32, in Vandling, PA.

On August 3, 2017, the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office obtained an arrest warrant charging Schoonover with rape of child and other sex offenses.
