Ketchikan, AK - On 4/17/17, the U.S. Marshals Alaska Fugitive Task Force (AFTF) traveled to Ketchikan at the request of the Alaska State Troopers (AST) to assist in locating and arresting 23-year-old Ketchikan resident, Thomas Shull on his outstanding warrants for MICS IV (Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance), DV-Assault IV (Domestic Violence Assault) and Petition to Revoke Probation for MICS IV. On 4/19/17, the AFTF located Shull at a residence in Ketchikan. The AFTF, along with members of the AST and Ketchikan Police Department (KPD) executed the arrest warrant. A taser was deployed and Shull was eventually taken into custody. Shull was transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center by AST where he was remanded pending court proceedings.
