U.S. Marshals Arrest Fugitive Manuel Alarcon
Albuquerque, NM - On April 18, 2017, members assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) arrested Manuel Alarcon. Alarcon is a dangerous offender that was wanted for 11 counts of criminal sexual penetration of minor under 13, 7 counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor under 13, bribery of a witness, interfering with communications, and child abuse. The fugitive was wanted by the Albuquerque Police Department and had a $100,000.00 cash only bond. Based on the allegation of multiple sexual offenses against a minor and the potential danger to the community, the SWIFT taskforce adopted this case. Alarcon was arrested on the 6100 block of Central Blvd NE in Albuquerque, NM.
