The U.S. Marshals Service Apprehends Violent Offender Wanted in New Mexico
Albuquerque, NM - The U.S. Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico, Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Task Force, comprised of Deputy United States Marshals, the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office, the Farmington Police Department, and the New Mexico State Police, apprehended violent offender, Joshua Alcon.

Alcon had outstanding warrant Burglary of a Structure, Criminal Damage to Property, Conspiracy to commit Burglary and Racketeering. Subject also has and out of state Fugitive warrant from Colorado for Vehicle Theft and fleeing and evading capture there on that charge as well as a suspect in the theft of a NM state Police officers personal motorcycle.
