The U.S. Marshals Service Adds Two Fugitives to New Mexico’s Most Wanted List
Albuquerque, NM - The U.S. Marshals Service is requesting your help in locating the following federal fugitives:

Ricardo Tercero - federal arrest warrant out of the District of New Mexico was issued for Tercero charging him with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Another federal arrest warrant out of the District of New Mexico was also issued charging him with supervised release violation for violating his conditions of release.

Myron Lee - wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for violating the terms of his supervised release with underlying charges of assault resulting in serious bodily injury, and crime on Indian country.

If you see either fugitive, DO NOT attempt apprehend. Instead, get a good description, location and call your local police and/or the United States Marshal’s Service. These fugitives are considered Armed and Dangerous and have a prior violent conviction.
