U.S. Marshals Add Violent Offenders to New Mexico’s Most Wanted
Albuquerque, NM - The United States Marshals Service in New Mexico adds four violent offenders to the District of New Mexico’s “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” Daniel Benally is wanted by the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office for, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, resulting in great bodily harm. It is alleged that on 01/12/2017, Benally went to a residence and beat a victim with a blunt object, putting the victim in the hospital. Stuart Notah is wanted for a felony warrant for failure to comply with probation for conspiracy to commit robbery. Notah has a criminal history that includes: Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Armed Robbery, and multiple probation violations. Bobby Herbold is wanted by the Union County Sheriff’s Office for Violation of a Court Order Aggravated Battery, Burglary and Larceny of a Firearm. Daniel Romero is wanted by the New Mexico State Police for, Failure to Appear on charges that include Aggravated Assault, Resisting Officer and Aggravated Assault-Family.
