December 28, 2016 - Deputy U.S. Marshals assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Task Force arrested fugitives Damon Hatanaka and Kenneth Alcon. Both fugitives were featured on the U.S. Marshals New Mexico Most Wanted Program.


December 28, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Victor Garcia in Tampa, FL. On July 5th, 2016, the York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Garcia with Aggravated Assault, False Imprisonment and Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize another where it is alleged that he stabbed his victim.


December 28, 2016 - In 2007, the United States Marshals Service partnered with Peter St. James and the “NH Wake Up Show” to create the “Fugitive of the Week” program for the State of New Hampshire. The success of this program over the years has continued to grow both in the number of arrests and the number of partners spanning all media styles from radio, print, web and television.


December 23, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force based within the federal Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria division, took over 275 dangerous fugitives off the streets of Northern Virginia in 2016. The task force also captured numerous fugitives wanted outside of Virginia who attempted to hide out in Northern Virginia.


December 23, 2016 - U.S. Marshals captured more than 250 fugitives wanted for violent offenses ranging from murder to sex offenses throughout 2016. Overall, more than 500 outstanding state and federal arrest warrants were cleared this year by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.


December 22, 2016 - After an extensive eight year fugitive investigation into the location of John “Johnny” Boone, information was developed that led the U.S. Marshals Service to a small town outside of Montreal, Canada. This information was passed on to law enforcement in Canada and Boone was arrested today by Canadian law enforcement officials in Montreal.


December 22, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service is requesting your help in locating federal fugitive Kenneth Alcon. Alcon is wanted on felony arrest warrants for the following charges: Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon (knife), Failure to Comply with Probation, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.


December 22, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force, arrested a missing probationer, whose whereabouts were unknown since November 2016. Isaac Hunter was arrested in Burlington, Vermont when located by Deputy U.S. Marshals and members of the Task Force.


December 21, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service is requesting your help in locating the following Federal Fugitives; Rodolfo Ruiz-Godinez, Michael Prudhomme, and Nick Armijo.


December 19, 2016 - The United States Marshal Service in New Mexico added Damon Hatanaka to the United States Marshals Service District of New Mexico’s “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” Hatanaka is wanted by the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and the U.S. Marshals Service on a federal probation violation.


December 16, 2016 - From December 13th-15th, the U.S. Marshals Service in Arizona, along with partnering state, local and federal law enforcement agencies, conducted “Operation Grinch Stopper 2016.” The operation focused on fugitives wanted for outstanding arrest warrants for crimes to include robbery, burglary, theft, larceny and drugs and resulted in the arrest of 157 fugitives statewide.


December 16, 2016 - Deputy U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers with the Smoky Mountains Fugitive Task Force located and apprehended Jamie Lee Jones yesterday in Lafollette, TN. Jones was wanted on a 2015, five-count indictment out of Defiance County, Ohio, for Sexual Assault of a Minor Under the Age of 14.


December 16, 2016 - This morning, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week” Megan Cullen was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Worcester, Massachusetts. Cullen was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Parole Violations. Cullen was on parole as a result of her original conviction and sentence for Burglary and Disposing of a Firearm.


December 15, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Peter Tobin is pleased to announce that the Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team has directed the arrest of a man wanted for the May 2015 Murder of Courtney L. Elmore. Davon Granger, of Columbus, was formally charged with one count of murder on June 7, 2015 and has been on the run since.


December 12, 2016 - On Friday afternoon, this past week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Ashley Dupont, Lafoe, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Concord, New Hampshire. Dupont Lafoe was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Parole Violations. Dupont Lafoe was on parole as a result of her original conviction and sentence for Welfare Fraud.


December 08, 2016 - A suspect wanted in connection with a 2016 double homicide in Tom Green County, Texas, was arrested by a joint law enforcement fugitive task force Thursday afternoon in Lansing, Michigan. The suspect, Raymond Alvarado Jr., is charged with Capital Murder of multiple persons.


December 08, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force, arrested 2 fugitives wanted by both the Burlington Police Department and the Vermont State Police.


Decemeber 07, 2016 -The U.S. Marshals Service, Canada Investigative Liaison Program, facilitated the deportation and arrest of a United States fugitive, wanted since 2008. Aidan Volker, formally of Chillicothe, Missouri was arrested on December 5, 2016 at Logan International Airport, in Boston, Massachusetts when confronted by Deputy U.S. Marshals. Volker was wanted by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department (Missouri) for 2 counts of Burglary.


December 05, 2016 - On November 3rd, Guy Bell was apprehended and booked into the Dona Ana County Detention Center in Nw Mexico. Bell had a probation warrant and a history of Unlawful Carrying of a Deadly Weapon, Dangerous Drugs, Battery, Larceny, and Tampering with Evidence.


December 05, 2016 - On December 3rd, “Fugitive of the Week” Zachary Estevez surrendered to the Belknap County Department of Corrections. Estevez was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for  Failure to Appear for Armed Robbery with a gun.


December 02, 2016 - On 11/04/2016 a Parole Violation warrant was generated for the apprehension of Guy Russell Bell. Bell also has a probation warrant and a history of Unlawful Carrying of a Deadly Weapon, Dangerous Drugs, Battery, Larceny, and Tampering with Evidence.


December 01, 2016 - Last night the U.S. Marshals Task Force, with the assistance of the Keene Police Department, arrested Jeremiah Holmes, aka “Boston”, at 50 Winchester Court in Keene. Holmes was wanted on an arrest warrant for Attempted Murder in a September 3rd shooting in Coatesville, PA.


November 29, 2016 - A murder suspect was brought to justice this morning by the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force. On July 4, 2015 Quincy Jett was shot multiple times while sitting in a vehicle in Memphis, TN. On October 31, 2016 a First Degree Murder warrant was issued for the arrest of Markavias Gray.


November 29, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force, arrested a sex offender, whose whereabouts were unknown. Benjamin Farley, of Burlington, Vermont, was arrested in Burlington, Vermont when confronted by Deputy U.S. Marshals.


November 29, 2016 - Freddie Yarbor fled to Ridgeland, Mississippi but couldn’t hide from the U.S. Marshals. On November 10th a warrant was issued for the arrest of Freddie Yarbor on the charge of first degree Murder. He is accused in the August 20 shooting death of Jeromee “J Money” White.


November 18, 2016 - Deputy Commander Patrick Carothers died in the line of duty at approximately 9:00am today while attempting to serve a warrant on a fugitive in Long County, Georgia. Carothers was a 26-year veteran of the U.S. Marshals Service, serving as deputy commander of the Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force for more than a year. He was part of a team executing a warrant for the arrest of Dontrell Montese Carter, who was wanted for Attempted Murder of police officers.


November 18, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service Violent Offender Task Force today located and arrested a man wanted in London, England, for a 2008 homicide. Omar Kevin Brown, aka Andain Martin, a Jamaican citizen, is alleged to have committed the homicide along with other individuals before fleeing to the U.S., where he has lived since 2011.


November 17, 2016 - The U.S. Marshal Service for the District of New Mexico added Ramon A. Hernandez, Sex Offender, to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted. Hernandez was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault on 8/13/1998, for having sexual relations with a fifteen year old. Hernandez has been out of compliance with his sex offender registry since 4/24/2008.


November 17, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force, arrested a sex offender, whose whereabouts were unknown. Shawn Corbit of Burlington, Vermont, was arrested on Thursday, November 17, 2016 in Burlington, Vermont when confronted by Deputy U.S. Marshals. Corbit was wanted by the Burlington Police Department / Chittenden Unit for Special Investigations (CUSI) after his whereabouts became unknown during a sex offender registry compliance check conducted by the CUSI in July 2016.


November 17, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a fugitive wanted by the State of Massachusetts for Murder. Yabdiel Castro, of Springfield, Massachusetts was arrested on November 16, 2016 in Northfield, Vermont when confronted by Deputy U.S. Marshals.


November 17, 2016 - Last evening, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Ramie Marston, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Corryton, Tennessee. Marston was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for violating her conditions of supervised release. Marston was on supervised release as a part of her sentence for her 2010 conviction for Bank Fraud.


November 16, 2016 - On Friday, November 18, 2016 the U.S. Marshals Service District of New Mexico will be holding a live Vehicle Auction at Dugger’s Service, Inc. Fifteen forfeited vehicles will be auctioned along with three Government Owned Surplus Vehicles.


November 15, 2016 - The U.S. Marshal Service for the District of New Mexico added James Sandoval, Violent Offender, to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted. Sandoval was convicted of Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the 2nd Degree. In January 2003, he was sentenced to 21 years of which 15 of those years were suspended. Sandoval served 6 years and was placed on probation.


November 15, 2016 - Early this morning, the “Fugitive of the Week,” Justin C. Richardson was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Task Force, in Hartsville, SC. Richardson was wanted an outstanding arrest warrant for Failure to Appear for an Armed Robbery with a gun, by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office.


November 14, 2016 - This afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week” Hayden Moon was arrested by the Tilton Police Department. Moon was wanted an outstanding arrest warrant on charges of Obstructing Governmental Operations and Reckless Conduct.


November 10, 2016 - On November 07, 2016, the U.S. Marshals Service in Albuquerque, New Mexico auctioned off a forfeited 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder for a high bid amount of $95,200.00. The vehicle was seized by local and federal agencies and the proceeds will help support law enforcement activities in the Albuquerque area.


November 10, 2016 - Several law enforcement agencies were involved in the arrest of Michael Wood in Clayton, NC. Wood was wanted on multiple charges, including; Kidnapping, Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury, Assault with a Deadly Weapon on a Government Official, Fleeing to Elude Arrest, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Possession of Methamphetamine.


November 10, 2016 - Deputy U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force arrested Suspected Child Abuser, Gregory Paul Pierce. Julia Kirsch was also arrested for Bribery or Intimidation of a Witness.


November 10, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force had requested the public’s help in locating violent fugitive Jesus Perez, who was wanted on a Probation Violation warrant and a Parole Violation warrant with a lengthy criminal history to include; Resisting/ Evading an Officer, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon Against a Family Member, Aggravated Burglary and Drug Trafficking Charges. Thanks to information provided by the public, Perez was arrested yesterday without incident.


November 09, 2016 - Terrance Harris fled to Minnesota after allegedly committing a murder. But he couldn’t avoid the U.S. Marshals. On 11/28/14 Jarmelle Jones was killed in the 600 block of N. Walnut Bend. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Terrance Harris by Shelby County for First Degree Murder.


November 08, 2016 - The Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force is requesting the public’s help in locating violent fugitive Jesus Perez, who resides in Las Cruces. Perez is wanted on a NM Probation Violation warrant and a Parole Violation warrant with a lengthy criminal history to include Resisting/ Evading an Officer, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon Against a Family Member, Aggravated Burglary and Drug Trafficking Charges.


November 08, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that the U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Robert Taylor. The Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team worked closely with the Dayton Police Department after Robert Taylor was charged with raping a child over the course of several years.


November 08, 2016 - The Pittsburgh office of the U.S. Marshals Service is warning the public of a nationwide telephone scam that has recently infiltrated our area, involving individuals claiming to be U.S. marshals, court officers or law enforcement officials seeking to collect a fine in lieu of arrest for failing to report for jury duty. The U.S. Marshals Service does not call anyone to arrange payment of fines over the phone for failure to appear for jury duty or any other infraction.


November 06, 2016 - On November 05, 2016, U.S. Marshals arrested James Siugpiyemal, a former Maui Community Correctional Center state corrections officer. Siugpiyemal was wanted by Maui Police and Maui Prosecutor’s pursuant to an arrest warrant for five counts of Sexual Assault against a state female inmate who was in custody at the time.


November 04, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task force is hunting Edward Reisch. Reisch, an ex-police officer, has been sought by law enforcement for over 16 years. His case received national attention after being featured on “America’s Most Wanted”. The hunt for Reisch has grown cold and the U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s assistance in locating this dangerous fugitive.


November 04, 2016 - Marlin Rooks fled to Memphis, TN in order to evade a First Degree Murder, but he couldn’t escape the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Task Force. It is alleged that on September 10th, in Clarkston, Georgia, Rooks shot Kiana Kirk in the face with a handgun, killing her.


November 01, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals in the Northern District of California and the Pacifica Police Department have increased the reward and are renewing efforts to locate and arrest Ricardo Colindres, who is wanted in San Mateo County on two counts of Attempted Murder and Attempted Kidnapping after he shot a pregnant woman in Pacifica, California, on April 27, 2016.


October 31, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force (VVOTF) arrested 3 fugitives on 3 separate Vermont arrest warrants, including two escapee violations.


October 28, 2016 - Investigators with the United States Marshals Service and the New Mexico State Police arrested Felicia Gomez. Gomez is charged with two counts of 1st Degree Felony Child Abuse.


October 28, 2016 - In an ongoing effort to make Halloween safer for the children in our communities, the U.S. Marshals and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department are conducting “Operation Trick-or-Treat”, a three day joint law enforcement operation in Clark County, to ensure sex offenders are in compliance with their sex offender registration requirements.


October 27, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Peter Tobin and Ross County Sheriff George Lavender are pleased to announce that the Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) has directed the arrest of a man indicted in Ross County on three counts of Rape.


October 27, 2016 - U.S. Marshals have arrested the suspect wanted in connection to last week’s deadly shooting in Portsmouth. Robert Lamont McClure Jr. was taken into custody this morning in New Jersey.


October 26, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service Violent Offender Task Force ocated and arrested Tracey Twitty this morning in Charlotte. Tracey Twitt was convicted in 1997 in Essex County, NJ for kidnapping and sexual assault while armed. Twitty received a 35 year sentence and was released in 2015 without supervision but was required to register with the state where he was residing.


October 26, 2016 - .On October 25, 2016, the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, comprised of members from the United States Marshals Service and the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, teamed up with the Washington County Fugitive unit to arrest Devin Wiekhorst, of Missouri. Wiekhorst was charged with Homicide by means of Involuntary Manslaughter by the Texas County Sheriff’s Office in Missouri.


October 24, 2016 - Today, members of the United States Marshals Service and Task Force Officers arrested William Kammerer for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.


October 21, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Brandon Smith, in York and Bulmaro Montano-Ruiz in Red Lion, PA. The York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Smith with Statutory Sexual Assault and Sexual Assault. The York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Montano-Ruiz with Statutory Sexual Assault, Involuntary Deviant Sexual Intercourse, Sexual Assault and Aggravated Indeceant Assault.


October 21, 2016 - On October 20, 2016 the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force comprised of members from the United States Marshals Service, West Virginia State Police, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, and West Virginia Department of Corrections arrested two fugitives in the panhandle.


October 21, 2016 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the assistance of the public in locating fugitive Aaron Stamet of Martinsburg, West Virginia. Aaron Stamets was indicted by a federal grand jury charging him with various counts of Distribution of Heroin upon the completion of an investigation conducted by the FBI’s drug task force in the Eastern Panhandle. The case was referred to the U.S. Marshal Service’s fugitive task force for apprehension.


October 21, 2016 -This morning, two time “Fugitive of the Week,” Derek S. Camerato, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in South Boston, Massachusetts. Camerato was wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants. The first warrant was issued by Belknap County for Camerato’s Failure to Appear on a Burglary charge. The second arrest warrant was issued by Hillsborough County for his Failure to Appear on 3 counts of Assault on a Corrections Officer.


October 20, 2016 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the assistance of the public in locating fugitive Shane Bradley, of Martinsburg, West Virginia. Shane Bradley is wanted by the West Virginia State Police on charges of Attempted Murder stemming from a shooting that occurred in September of 2015 in Martinsburg, West Virginia.


October 20, 2016 - This afternoon, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force located and arrested two “Fugitives of the Week.” The first was Randall Root, who was wanted for Failure toAppear on two separate burglary warrants. Root was being sought by both the Grafton and Belknap County Sheriff’s Offices. The second arrest was of this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Randell Peters, who was wanted on a Rockingham County arrest warrant for Failure to Appear on a heroin sales charge.


October 20, 2016 - The Grant County Sherriff’s Office arrested Michael Sprouls in Silver City, NM and booked him into the Grant County Detention Center. Michael Sprouls was wanted by the New Mexico Departments of Corrections for Parole Violation with an underlying charge of Burglary with a Deadly Weapon and Larceny-Stolen Firearm.


 October 19, 2016 - This morning, the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Isaiah Elias. Elias was wanted by numerous police departments in the Cleveland area.  Elias has charges from the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department for Failing to Appear for having weapons while under disability and Tampering with Evidence; Middleburg Heights Police Department for Kidnapping and Domestic Violence; and the Cleveland Police Department for Felonious Assault.


October 18, 2016 - On the evening of October 16, 2016, Whitney Grey was shot and killed in an apparent road rage incident in Independence, MO. Grey was reportedly driving her minivan with her two young children inside when an unknown situation occurred in which another driver is suspected of shooting a firearm into her vehicle. She was hit by the gun fire and died at the scene. Independence Missouri Police Detectives were able to identify the suspect as Christopher P. Taylor from Independence, MO.


October 18, 2016 - This afternoon, “Fugitive of the Week,” Terry Wayne Breeding was arrested by the Kentucky State Police in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Breeding was wanted on an outstanding Nashua Police Department arrest warrant charging him with Sex Offender Registration Violations, a duty to report, as well as being an unregistered sex offender in the State of Kentucky.


October 17, 2016 - The manhunt for Texas fugitive Rosalio Anthony Barraza is finally over. Barraza was arrested in Cadereyta, Jimenez, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. The fugitive is the alleged gunman in the 2013 murder of Issac Arrocha. On July 20, 2013, Barraza allegedly shot Arrocha six times in the chest during an argument leaving him for dead in the middle of the street on the west side of San Antonio.


October 17,  2016 - On October 14, the U.S. Marshals-led Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force arrested Jorge Ruiz on charges of indecency with a child by sexual contact. Ruiz, a former elementary school teacher, is accused of having sexual contact with a former student, who was between the ages of seven and nine at the time of the offense.


October 14, 2016 - Early this morning, “Fugitive of the Week,” Billy Damuel Maldonado Cancel was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in New Britain, Connecticut. Maldonado Cancel was wanted on an outstanding Manchester Police Department arrest warrant charging him with 2nd Degree Murder.


October 14, 2016 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested a 15 year old juvenile in Lancaster, PA and a Lowell Foster in Harrisburg, PA. On September 09th, it is alleged that a suspect shot at the victims striking two of them. Both victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment. The York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging the suspect with Firearms not to be Carried Without a License, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Aggravated Assault, Possession of Firearm by Minor and Criminal Mischief/Damage Property.


October 14, 2016 - Yurel Allen Nichols was arrested yesterday by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in Converse, TX. Arrest warrants were issued pursuant to an investigation by the Anchorage Police Department in Alaska, after Nichols was indicted on charges of First Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder, and Robbery.


October 13, 2016 - On October 12, 2016, Spenser Cedric Wall was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force with the assistance of the Durham Police Department. Warrants were issued for Wall by the Durham Police Department for the following charges: Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury, Conspiracy-Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and FelonyConspiracy.


October 13, 2016 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested attempted murder suspect Nyriq Johnson in Scranton, PA.


October 13, 2016 - Deputy U.S. Marshals assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Task Force arrested fugitive Edward Jacobs. Jacobs was wanted by the Clayton Police Department for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Aggravated Fleeing from Law Enforcement, Resisting and Trafficking Methamphetamine.


October 12, 2016 - An Albuquerque man charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon has been added to the U.S. Marshals New Mexico’s Most Wanted list. According to the August 8, 2016, warrant out of Bernalillo County, Joseph Saccoccia was involved in a physical altercation with two other subjects.


October 12, 2016 - For months Cortez Rivers has been wanted for Rape of a Child and Aggravated Sexual Battery. Today the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force brought him to justice.


October 11, 2016 - In September of 2016, the New Mexico State Police (NMSP) and the Children, Youth and Families Department initiated an investigation after a citizen reported Felicia Gomez’s son, a three year old child, to be severely malnourished. Upon completing a Child Abuse Response Team review, the child was found to have five (5) broken bones in various stages of healing. NMSP conducted its investigation and charged Felicia Gomez with two counts of 1st Degree Felony Child Abuse.


October 11, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico added Kendell Selina to the United States Marshals Service District of New Mexico “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” Selina is wanted by the Bernalillo Count Sheriff’s Department for Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor and Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor.


October 11, 2016 - The U.S. Marshal Service in New Mexico added Eugene Padilla to the United States Marshals Service District of New Mexico “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” Padilla is wanted by the Bernalillo Count Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear on a Grand Jury Indictment for Attempt to commit 1st Degree Murder, Attempt to Commit a Felony, Trafficking by Distribution, Abuse of a Child, Shooting at a Occupied Dwelling, Criminal Damage to Property, and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.


October 07, 2016 - Teenage fugitive mother Whitley Evenson, from Independence, Missouri, has been captured after months on the run. The Jackson County, MO Prosecutor charged Whitley Evenson with the murder of her six-week-old child in September 2015.


October 07, 2016 - Donald Lee Simms, Jr. was arrested this morning by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the High Point Police Department. On October 4, 2016, warrants were issued for Simms for charges including: Attempted First Degree Murder and Assault with a Deadly Weapon.


October 07, 2016 - Yesterday afternoon, the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team coordinated the arrest of Deonte Snowden. The Dayton Police Department investigated the case and filed a warrant through the Montgomery County Court. Deonte Snowden was indicted on two counts of Murder and two counts of Felonious Assault.

Attorney General Lynch specifically requested more community policing and building trust and respect between local law enforcement and our area neighborhoods.


October 05, 2016 - The United States Marshals Service in New Mexico added Ruiz, Margarito to the United States Marshals Service District of New Mexico “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” Ruiz is wanted by ATF and the United States Marshal Service for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Distribution of Methamphetamine.


October 04, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Amos Rojas Jr. is requesting the public’s help in locating a violent fugitive who is wanted from Syracuse, New York and is believed to be hiding out in the Lake Worth and downtown West Palm Beach area. Joseph Howell is wanted for violating his parole in New York. Howell also has an outstanding arrest warrant from the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office in New York for one count of 2nd degree Assault, and one count of 3rd degree Assault.


October 03, 2016 - The United States Marshal Service in New Mexico added Manuel Chavez to the United States Marshals Service District of New Mexico “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” Chavez is wanted by the Bernalillo Count Sheriff’s Department for Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor and Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor.


September 30, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service is adding Edward Jacobs to its New Mexico’s Most Wanted list. Jacobs is wanted on state charges for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Aggravated Fleeing from Law Enforcement, Resisting and Trafficking Methamphetamine. The United States Marshals Service is offering up to a $1,000.00 dollar reward for information that leads to the apprehension of Jacobs.


September 30, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force, and Pittsburgh Bureau of Police, completed a 3 month compliance investigation dubbed Operation Three Rivers today. This investigation was initiated to determine if convicted sex offenders in the Pittsburgh region were meeting the conditions required by PA Megan’s Law and the federal Adam Walsh Act. The efforts resulted in 668 compliance checks being completed and 30 arrest warrants being issued.


September 30, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Zachary Smith and Christopher Martin. On September 26, 2016, the Newberry Township Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Smith with Criminal Attempt Statutory Sexual Assault, Criminal Attempt Indecent Sexual Intercourse (person less than 16), Aggravated Indecent Assault, and Indecent Assault (person less than 16), Corruption of Minors and Use/Possession of Drugs.


September 30, 2016 - Thanks to media coverage and tips from the public, U.S. marshals have determined that the man previously displayed in a wedding photograph is not Jihad Ramadan. The fugitive remains at large as the investigation continues.


September 28, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the Northern District of California led a joint three-day fugitive sex offender apprehension and registration compliance initiative focusing on high-risk offenders. This three-day initiative, dubbed Operation “Humboldt 290”, resulted in the arrests of 6 sex offenders and the recovery of one juvenile, who was unlawfully residing with a sex offender.


September 26, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service requests the public's help in locating one of America's Most Wanted fugitives. Jihad Amir Ramadan is wanted for allegedly stabbing another Hampton University student to death in 2005, and has evaded capture for more than 11 years. A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading to Ramadan’s arrest. 


September 26, 2016 - The United States Marshals Service (Las Cruces office), Las Cruces Police Department and State Police, arrested Damika Childs yesterday after finding a dead body inside the locked trunk of a burnt vehicle on Thursday.


September 24, 2016 - Members of the U.S. Marshals CUFFED Fugitive Task Force safely recovered two subjects of an Amber Alert in the Cabin Creek area of Kanawha County. Katherine Derleth and Christopher Ray Derleth were found safe at a makeshift campsite in the Kayford area of Cabin Creek. Christopher M. Derleth was taken into custody on charges of Aggravated Kidnapping out of Illinois.


September 23, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service is warning the public of a telephone scam involving a fraudulent caller contacting members of the public and alleging they have an active federal arrest warrant or bench warrant and demanding payment of fines.


September 22, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals are seeking the public’s help in the search for a 38-year-old Elizabeth City man who allegedly murdered a delivery truck driver during a botched robbery over a year ago. On June 09, 2015, Rodney Shelton allegedly shot and killed 63-year-old Thomas Childs during an attempted robbery at a loading dock just west of Philadelphia.


September 21, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service Violent Offender Task Force located and arrested Karseem Wilson late Tuesday night at the Intown Suites in Matthews, NC. A homicide warrant was issued for Wilson in May 2016 after a shooting incident occurred in Danville, VA.


September 21, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service in Victoria, Texas have arrested a suspect wanted in connection to a 2008 homicide in Charlotte, NC. Ruben Garcia Padron was charged with Murder after shooting into an occupied vehicle, killing one occupant and injuring two others.


September 21, 2016 - On September 21, 2016, Anthony Terry was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of the Durham Police Department. On April 14, 2016, an arrest warrant was issued for Terry by the Durham Police Department for the charges of Murder and Felony Conspiracy.


September 21, 2016 - The search for a non-custodial father who was charged with taking his minor child from the mother has come to an end. John Francis Rose was captured yesterday in Colorado and the child was found unharmed.


September 21, 2016 - U.S. Marshals have arrested the suspect wanted in connection to last month’s deadly shooting at Club Embassy in Virginia Beach. Tobias Loftin was taken into custody yesterday morning in Charlotte, North Carolina.


September 20, 2016 - On September 19, 2016, Larico Dunn was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of the Durham Police Department. On September 19, 2016, an arrest warrant was issued for Dunn by the Durham Police Department for the charge of Murder.


September 20, 2016 - A man wanted for allegedly robbing an Old Dominion University (ODU) student in June was arrested yesterday by U.S. Marshals in Washington D.C. Lyndon Adraine Scott was charged with five felonies by the ODU Police Department; Robbery, Abduction, Malicious Wounding, Use of Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon.


September 19, 2016 - In a bid to escape justice, a fugitive tried to swim, run and fight his way past law enforcement this morning. But in the end he was unable to escape. The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force and members of the M.P.D Mt. Moriah Precinct Task Force were looking for fugitive Alvertis Brown. Brown had warrants for his arrest on charges including; Rape of a child, Aggravated Sexual Battery, and two charges of Aggravated Assault.


September 17, 2016 - Evin Blanchard was arrested in Phoenix by members of the U.S. Marshals led Arizona WANTED Violent Offender Task Force. Blanchard was wanted by the San Francisco Police Department on several counts of sexual criminal conduct which included five counts of Child Molestation, four counts of Sending Harmful Material to a Minor and Production of Child Pornography.


September 16, 2016 - A short time ago, this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Jason Anthony Thompson, surrendered to the Manchester Police Department. Thompson was wanted on an outstanding Hillsborough County arrest warrant alleging that he failed to appear on a charge of 2nd degree Assault.


September 16, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service is requesting the public’s help in identifying a subject who is impersonating a U.S. Marshal in Ft. Myers and may be from the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach area of Southeast Florida.


September 15, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force conducted a high-impact island-wide fugitive apprehension initiative focusing on the island’s violent offenders. This two-week initiative, called Puerto Rico Violence Reduction1 (PRVR1), resulted in the arrest of 51 fugitives, gang members, sex offenders and violent criminals in the District of Puerto Rico.


September 14, 2016 - Operation Triple Beam - Hattiesburg is a joint initiative between the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force partnering agencies and our state and local partners. During this operation, Officers, Agents and Task Force Officers worked alongside the Hattiesburg Police Department, Mississippi Department of Corrections and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office as a force multiplier to target street level gang activity, identify targets and collect tangible criminal intelligence to systematically remove the most violent gang members and criminal offenders from the eastside areas of Hattiesburg, MS as well as the Jackson County, MS area.


September 14, 2016 - On September 09, 2016, at the Tampa Bay Area Chiefs of Police Foundation Gala, Deputy United States Marshal Roger Devall was awarded as Federal Agent of the Year. Deputy Devall has been employed with the United States Marshals Service for 19 years. A year ago Deputy Devall was assigned to investigate unregistered sex offenders as part of the Middle District of Florida’s Sex Offender Initiative.


September 14, 2016 - After nearly three months on the run, fugitive Robert M. Forney was apprehended by Deputy U.S. Marshals in Denver, Colorado. Forney was convicted of raping his 8 year-old daughter in April of 2006. Forney was sentenced to ten years of imprisonment, with requirement to register as a sex offender. Deputy U.S. Marshals in Dayton, Ohio got involved in the case after receiving information on September 11, 2016, that Forney possibly fled the state.


September 13, 2016 - This week the United States Marshals Service collaborated with the Kansas City and Independence Missouri Police Departments, the FBI and ATF to support the Kansas City No Violence Alliance (KC NoVA) by lending a hand in tracking down some of the area’s most violent and persistent offenders in Operation Street Audit Sept. 12-13.


September 13, 2016 - Maleek Lashawn Hughes was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task force on September 12, 2016. Hughes is a Topeka, KS resident wanted for a Violation of Conditions of Supervised Release. Hughes was also wanted by the Topeka Police Department for a shooting incident which occurred on August 28, 2016 at the Kwik Shop in Topeka.


September 12, 2016 - Last week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Robert Paul Gere was arrested this past Friday by the U.S. Marshals in Minnesota. Gere was wanted on an outstanding federal arrest warrant issued out of the U.S. District Court in Concord, NH. This warrant alleges Mr. Gere’s involvement in the attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, and for the possession of material used to manufacture methamphetamine.


 September 10, 2016 - From July 12th - September 2nd, the U.S. Marshals Service in Arizona coordinated a targeted fugitive operation named “Operation Summer Burn.” This two month operation, focused in west Phoenix and central Chandler, concentrated efforts on areas with historically high gang activity in order to enhance public safety.


September 06, 2016 - Curtis Marcel Barnette was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force the assistance of the Chapel Hill Police Department. On August 29, 2016, an arrest warrant was issued for Barnette by the Durham Police Department for the charge of Murder.


September 06, 2016 - The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a Double Homicide that occurred on August 15, 2016 in Albuquerque NM. The offender, Eric Ferrer, has an arrest warrant for 2 Counts of Homicide, Assault with Intent to Commit a Violent Felony, and Shooting at and from a Motor Vehicle.


September 02, 2016 - 15 Most Wanted Addition - The U.S. Marshals turned up the heat today in the search for alleged murder suspect Anthony Seth Burroughs by adding him to their 15 Most Wanted list and offering a reward for information leading directly to his arrest. On the lam for more than 16 years, Burroughs is wanted by the Tucson Police Department for first-degree murder.


September 01, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Geronimo Dejesus. On August 23, 2016 the Orange County Sheriff’s Office obtained an arrest warrant for Dejesus charging him with First Degree Murder.


August 31, 2016 - A suspect wanted in connection with a Sunday evening homicide in Tallahassee, Florida, was arrested by a joint law enforcement task force Tuesday afternoon in Jackson County, Michigan. The suspect, Steven Graham Lincoln, is charged with Second-Degree Murder.


August 30, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals along with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Sex Offender Registry Program and the Green County Sheriff’s Department conducted a residence verification operation for registered sex offenders. On August 17th deputies checked the addresses of 50 registered sex offenders in Green County.


August 29, 2016 - The United States Marshal Service in New Mexico is getting a new building in Farmington. Though the Marshals Service has had Deputies assigned permanently in Farmington for six years they will now have a building to call home.


August 29, 2016 - The United States Marshal Service in New Mexico conducted an operation with the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registry Team last week. The operation was four days long and resulted in eight arrests and 9 warrants cleared. One of the arrests from the operation was for a man charged with rape who had been a fugitive for 10 years.


August 26, 2016 - Today, the U.S. Marshal for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Martin J. Pane, announced the arrest of Edgardo Sobrado-Rivera on homicide and related charges.


August 26, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a fugitive wanted by the Richmond Police Department on a warrant for multiple felonies, including Aggravated Domestic Assault 1st degree, Unlawful Restraint and Kidnapping. David Gates was arrested during the day on August 25th, 2016 in Barton, VT.


August 25, 2016 - On August 23, 2016 the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Edgar Barrientos. The Clark County Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Barrientos for several counts of Rape and Gross Sexual Imposition.  On August 25, 2016, the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Kendrick Robinson. The Dayton Police Department issued an arrest warrant for Kendrick Robinson for Rape, Aggravated Assault and Kidnapping.


August 25, 2016 - Four homicide suspects have been taken off the streets of Hampton Roads already this week. Just yesterday, U.S. Marshals arrested a murder suspect who was on the run from Illinois, as well as a longtime Portsmouth resident who was recently charged for a June homicide in Henrico. Earlier in the week, U.S. Marshals and Norfolk detectives made two separate homicide arrests.


August 24, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force (VVOTF) arrested a Vermont fugitive wanted on two arrest warrants, including a Violation of Parole. Jason Douglas, formally of St. Albans, Vermont was arrested yesterday in Winooski when confronted by Deputy U.S. Marshals, members of the VVOTF and the Winooski Police Department.


August 23, 2016 - The suspect wanted for shooting a man to death in Norfolk over the weekend has been arrested. Malcolm Jamal Robinson was captured yesterday by U.S. Marshals and Norfolk police officers.


August 22, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service for the Middle District of Alabama is warning the public of an ongoing jury-duty phone scam where the scammer poses as a U.S. Marshal, deputy marshal, or other law enforcement officer. The scammer calls the victim to advise that he or she has missed federal jury duty, but can avoid arrest by paying a fine immediately.


August 22, 2016 - Deputy U.S. Marshal Todd White and U.S. Marshal Service Explosives Detection Canine “Ave” graduated from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) National Canine Training Operations Center’s canine handler basic course in Front Royal, VA on August 12, 2016.


August 19, 2016 - Antonio Ramon Pinnix was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Greensboro Police Department Violent Criminal Apprehension Team . On July 20, 2016, warrants were issued by the Reidsville Police Department charging Pinnix with Possession of Firearm by a Felon, Possession of a Stolen Firearm, Trafficking Heroin, and Felony Possession of Cocaine.


August 19, 2016 - On August 18, 2016, Larry Lee James was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force with the assistance of the Durham Police Department. On July 26, 2016, an arrest warrant was issued for James by the Durham Police Department for the charge of Murder.


August 19, 2016 - U.S. Marshals tracked down and arrested Demond White near Baltimore yesterday afternoon. White, a known Bloods gang member, was wanted in connection to a 2015 armed robbery of a 7-11 convenience store. Upon arrest, White provided a false name to the Marshals but was immediately identified using fingerprint technology.


August 18, 2016 - Donaldo Velasquez, a fugitive wanted for violently stabbing a man to death after posing as a Lyft driver, was arrested yesterday by members of the U.S. Marshals-led Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force.


August 18, 1016 - The United States Marshals Service Violent Offender Task Force, along with the Gaston County Police, located and arrested Felix Perez-Ruiz. A warrant was issued in Puerto Rico in 2013 for Homicide and Perez-Ruiz fled to the continental United States shortly after to avoid capture.


August 18, 2016 - Michael Hogan was arrested yesterday in Chicago, IL by members of the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force. An arrest warrant had been issued pursuant to an investigation by the Madison Police Department where it is alleged that Hogan was involved in an armed home invasion that took place in Madison in early January of this year.


August 17, 2016 - The U.S Marshals Service Violent Offender Task Force located and arrested Juan Morales today in Charlotte, NC. A warrant was issued for Morales in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 16, 2014 for the Rape of two minor twin girls.


August 17, 2016 - Members of the U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force, and officers from the North Versailles Police Department, captured Demetres Beck in Wilmerding, PA. Beck had been wanted on outstanding charges filed by the Allegheny County Police Department for Criminal Homicide, Conspiracy-Criminal Homicide and Robbery.


August 17, 2016 - Deputy U.S. Marshals assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team tracked down and arrested fugitive Emory Werito in the Farmington area near Nageezi. Werito was wanted by the San Juan County Sherriff’s Office for multiple felony warrants including; Battery Upon A Peace Officer, Aggravated Fleeing Law Enforcement, and Failure To Appear on Simple Assault.


August 15, 2016 - U.S. Marshals joined Ames Police in the manhunt for a Fort Dodge man who was wanted for an August 9th shooting that left one man hospitalized. The manhunt ended yesterday when a team of federal, state, and local law enforcement officers, led by U.S. Marshals, arrested Kevin Darnell Williams in Chicago.


August 13, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service wants to express our deepest condolences to the family of Officer Jose Chavez and to the Hatch Police Department. It is with great sadness, sympathy and grief, in which we learn about the passing of Officer Chavez a brother, friend, and family of the Law Enforcement community.


August 12, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Marquez Jabar McCowin, from York, PA. On August 06, 2016, the York City Police Department investigated a shooting in which several shots were fired into a home striking an 11-year old child in the shoulder. Detectives identified the shooter as McCowin and obtained an arrest warrant charging him with Aggravated Assault with a Firearm.


August 12, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Tanika Mack,  formerly of Trenton, New Jersey. On June 06, 2016, the Trenton Police Department investigated a shooting in Trenton. Witnesses told officers that Mack fired multiple shots from a firearm, striking a victim in the leg. Detectives subsequently obtained an arrest warrant charging Mack with Aggravated Assault with a Firearm.


August 11, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Scott Bolton in Duryea, PA. In June 2016, Duryea Borough Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Bolton with Aggravated Assault where it is alleged he beat his victims with a handgun.


August 11, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force closed in on this week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Tonykus Hebert, and arrested him in Nashua, NH. Hebert was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service on a warrant issued for federal Supervised Release Violations, with original convictions of Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine with a Firearm.


August 11, 2016 - The U.S. Marshal Service, District of New Mexico, arrested wanted fugitive Daniel Duran, who was wanted by the Albuquerque Police Department in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, for Failing to Appear on charges of Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor, Kidnapping with Intent to Commit a Sex Crime, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.


August 09, 2016 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, comprised of members from the United States Marshals Service, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, West Virginia Department of Parole, and the West Virginia State Police, arrested Barry Wayne Wilhelm Jr., of Martinsburg, West Virginia. Wilhelm Jr. was wanted on a Bond Revocation warrant for a drug distribution charge.

August 05, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrests of Wendell Montalvo-Montalvo and James Reddick in York, PA. Montalvo-Montalvo was wanted for Aggravated Assault. Reddick was charged with Failure to Register as a sex offender as part of his Megan’s Law requirement.


August 04, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested Tony Angelo Roundtree in Suffolk yesterday afternoon. Roundtree had seven outstanding felony warrants for his alleged role in last month’s triple shooting in Norfolk that was broadcast on Facebook Live. He was arrested while riding a hoverboard in a residential area.


August 03, 2016 - Six Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputies were sworn in as Special Deputy U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers with the United States Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Task Force. The Deputies are part of the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registration Team. They will be joining many law enforcement officials from throughout New Mexico actively participating in the SWIFT Task Force.


August 01, 2016 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force comprised of members from the U.S.Marshals Service, Charles Town Police Department and the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office arrested Warren Edward Brown in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Brown was wanted on four counts of Distribution of Crack Cocaine.


July 29, 2016 - Caleb Funmaker, from Baraboo, WI, was arrested earlier today in Sloan, IA by members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force. An arrest warrant had been issued by the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office when Funmaker failed to update his sex offender registry information.


July 27, 2016 - "Fugitive of the Week,” Casey Jones, was arrested by the Dover and NH State Police. Jones was wanted on multiple outstanding arrest warrants issued by the NH State Police, and Strafford & Rockingham Counties. These warrants were for Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin; Failure to Appear on drug possession charges; and Failure to Appear on a theft charge.


July 27, 2016 - Jamie Stockford was quickly arrested this morning shortly after being featured as the “Fugitive of the Week". Stockford was wanted on an outstanding Strafford County arrest warrant for Failing to Appear on heroin and cocaine charges.


July 26, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Task Force arrested Richard Rodriguez in Gregory, Texas. Rodriguez was wanted in San Patricio County on five warrants: Forgery of a Government Instrument, Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility, Escape, Unauthorized use of a Vehicle and Theft of Firearm.


July 26, 2016 - On July 25, 2016, Deputy U.S. Marshals in Albuquerque, NM along with the Rio Rancho Police Department developed information that fugitive, Joseph Vallejos, who was wanted for Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor, had fled New Mexico and was evading capture in Pueblo Colorado.


July 25, 2016 - 15 Most Wanted Addition - The U.S. Marshals turned up the heat today in the search for South Dakota fugitive David Bonness by adding him to their 15 Most Wanted list and offering a reward for information leading directly to his arrest. Bonness, 48, is wanted by the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office and the Pennington County State’s Attorney’s Office on two counts of criminal pedophilia, seven counts of second-degree rape, three counts of third-degree rape, four counts of fourth-degree rape, and sexual contact with a child under 16.


July 25, 2016 - The United States Marshals Service in the Northern District of California is warning the public of a scam involving an individual or a group of individuals posing as a Deputy U.S. Marshal, and attempting to solicit “fines” from members of the public.


July 22, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested a Toledo man early today on an outstanding warrant issued by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. Michael Buchanan was wanted by the Lucas County Sheriff’s Office. The warrant for Buchanan, which was based on a Grand Jury Indictment, was issued on May 17 and charges him with Felonious Assault, Kidnapping and Rape.


July 22, 2016 - U.S. Marshals captured a man wanted for allegedly robbing a Portsmouth Family Dollar Store one week ago. Yesterday around noon, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force took 26 year-old Travis Deshaun Jones into custody at a home in Chesapeake.


July 21, 2016 - Jeremy Brown was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. Brown was indicted by a federal grand jury in the United States District Court in the Western District of Tennessee charging Brown with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.


July 21, 2016 - Shortly after 1:00 pm today, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, and the Nashua Police Department Special Reaction Team safely arrested fugitive Scott Collier during a vehicle stop at the corner of Elm and W. Otterson Streets in Nashua.


July 19, 2016 - John C. Bradshaw was arrested by the US Marshals Fugitive Task force on July 19, 2016. Bradshaw is a Topeka resident wanted by the Kansas Department of Corrections for a violation of parole. A warrant was issued for his arrest on June 30, 2016.


July 19, 2016 - Deputy U.S. Marshals assigned to the District of New Mexico Albuquerque Office arrested fugitive Tommy Dale Sells Jr. Sells Jr. was wanted by the Potter County Sherriff’s Office, in Amarillo, TX for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child under 14, and Indecency with a Child by Contact.


July 18, 2016 - On July 15, 2016, Maurice Jamar Miles was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of the Burlington Police Department and the Alamance County Sheriff's Office. On May 28, 2016, the Burlington Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Miles in connection to an armed robbery that occurred at the Steak and Shake restaurant in Burlington, NC.


July 18, 2016 - lordan Bossev and Benjamin Rhines are both missing persons and are believed to be traveling together since their disappearance from upstate New York on Nov. 2, 2015. Both Bossev and Rhines are listed as missing persons in NCIC.


July 18, 2016 - Deputy U.S. Marshals assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force arrested fugitive Rafael Gonzales. Gonzales was wanted by the Santa Fe County Sherriff’s Office for multiple felony warrants, including; Kidnapping, Criminal Sexual Penetration of Minor, and Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor.


July 18, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the completion of Operation CHECKS AND BALANCES – a month long endeavor to verify the home addresses of registered sex offenders living in 15 counties throughout Pennsylvania.


July 15, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service warns the public to avoid downloading malicious software affecting mobile devices; incidents of the digital scam have been reported nationwide after users visit pornography websites.


July 12, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in two states chased down leads that led to the successful arrest of last week’s “Fugitive of the Week.” Giovanni Angel Monroe, who was last known to reside in Rochester, NH, was wanted by Strafford County for Conditional Release Violations.


July 12, 2016 - Today, United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Jonathan Connor in Columbia Cross Roads, PA. On March 29, 2016, the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole obtained an arrest warrant charging Connor with violating his parole by leaving a community correction center in Harrisburg without authorization. On May 17, 2016, the Pennsylvania State Police also issued an arrest warrant charging Connor with violation of Megan’s Law for Failure to Register.


July 08, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals were tasked with locating and arresting fugitive, Zackery Rawson. Rawson was a wanted fugitive in both NH and Vermont. In NH, Rawson was wanted for a Sullivan County probation violation on an original charge of Receiving Stolen Property, including a firearm. In Vermont, Rawson was wanted on multiple arrest warrants for Escape, Probation Violation, Burglary, Grand Larceny, and Receive, Possess, Conceal Stolen Property.

July 05, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Amos Rojas Jr. announces that the U.S. Marshals Service is holding an online auction, ending Thursday at 11:00am, for the sale of 10 high-end vehicles at www.appleauctioneeringco.com. Nine of the vehicles are from the drug kingpin Alvaro Lopez Tardón case in Miami.


July 01, 2016 - On June 28, 2016, the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force - comprised of members from the U.S. Marshals Service, West Virginia State Police, Shepherdstown Police Department, and Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office - assisted the Martinsburg Police Department in arresting 13 known drug dealers in the panhandle area. One of those outstanding fugitives was Nicholas Ailshie, who was wanted on two counts of Distribution of Heroin.


June 30, 2016 - On June 26, 2016, Justin French was added to the United States Marshal Service - District of New Mexico's "Most Wanted Program.” French was wanted by the Quay Count Sheriff’s Department for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender. On June 29, 2016, French was located in Tucumcari, NM by the South West Investigative Fugitive Team.


June 30, 2016 - United States Marshal Martin Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Anthony Burgos in Minersville, PA. On June 17, 2016, the New Jersey Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office obtained an arrest warrant charging Burgos with Robbery.


June 29, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Jayson Allan Halterman and John F. Kennedy. Halterman is charged with Robbery and Terroristic Threats. Kennedy is charged with Criminal Solicitation - Disseminate Photo/film of Child Sex Acts and Criminal Solicitation - Criminal Use of Communication Facility.


June 28, 2016 - Ronald Thomas Jeffers was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force out of Greensboro. On June 21, 2016, the Winston-Salem Police Department took out an arrest warrant charging Jeffers with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.


June 28, 2016 - The United States Marshal Service in New Mexico added Justin French to the United States Marshals Service District of New Mexico “New Mexico’s Most Wanted Program.” French is wanted by the Quay Count Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.


June 27, 2016 - Brendan James Doyle, a fugitive wanted by the U.S. Marshals, ended his life this evening with a self-inflicted gunshot to the head. Doyle was wanted on a federal warrant issued by the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska on April 20, 2016.

June 24, 2016 - On June 23, 2016 the Belen Police Department arrested Melvin Lopez in Belen, NM. Lopez was placed on the U.S. Marshals Service District of New Mexico’s Most Wanted list June 10, 2016 and since that point the Marshals Service in New Mexico have been investigating Lopez’ whereabouts.


June 23, 2016 - On June 22, 2016, U.S. Marshals and HPD officers arrested Justin Jumawan, of Honolulu, in Waikiki near Kalakaua Ave just after 6:30 pm. Jumawan was wanted by the State of Hawaii on an arrest warrant for two counts of Failure to Comply with Covered Offender Registration Requirements.


June 23, 2016 - A two-day initiative named “Operation Safe Summer,” which focused on offenders with outstanding warrants, gang and drug violations, and the compliance of high-risk offenders on probation and parole supervision, resulted in the arrest of 69 individuals, the service of more than 144 warrants, and 296 charges cleared.


June 23, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in locating fugitive Feliz Aguilar, who was last known to be living in southern New Hampshire or northern Massachusetts. Aguilar is wanted by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office after being indicted for sale or dispensing a controlled drug with death resulting.


June 22, 2016 - Dominique La’Ron Percell was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Durham Police Department. On April 14, 2016, several arrest warrants were issued for Percell by the Durham Police Department for the following charges: Murder, Felony Conspiracy, and Attempted Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.


June 22, 2016 - Mitchell Hallmon was arrested yesterday in Minneapolis, MN by members of the U.S. Marshals Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force. An arrest warrant had been issued pursuant to an investigation by the Madison Police Department where it is alleged that Hallmon was involved in a shooting that took place in Madison on April 21, 2016.


June 20, 2016 - Today, United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of John Patrick, formerly of Adams County. The Cumberland Township Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Patrick with Indecent Assault on a Person Less than 16 Years of Age, Statutory Sexual Assault, Unlawful Contact with Minor, Corruption of Minors and Indecent Sexual Intercourse of Person Less than 16.


June 17, 2016 - On Monday, June 13, 2016, members of the U.S. Marshals Task Force and the Kauai Police Department conducted a four-day operation on Kauai targeting fugitives with outstanding state felony arrest warrants.


June 17, 2016 - United States Marshal Martin Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service  Fugitive Task Force arrested Taijeem Gibson in Harrisburg, PA. Gibson was wanted by the York City Police Department for Burglary, Aggravated Assault, Robbery and Possession of a Firearm.


June 16, 2016 - Members of the Marshals Service’s fugitive task force in the Fort Worth, Texas area arrested Issac Kennedy, formerly of Petersburg, West Virginia, in Fort Worth, Texas. Kennedy was charged with Sexual Assault by a Parent or Guardian.


June 16, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Amos Rojas Jr. for the Southern District of Florida, U.S. Marshal William Berger from the Middle District of Florida, and Lee County Sheriff (Ft. Myers) Mike Scott announce the arrest of David Allen Ralson. Ralston is being charged by detectives from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office with Sexual Assault When Victim Helpless.


June 15, 2016 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the assistance of the public in locating fugitive George Fowler, of Martinsburg, West Virginia. George Fowler is wanted by the West Virginia State Police on charges for failure to update his sex offender registration.


June 15, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of John Large, from Lansford, Pennsylvania. On June 13, the Pennsylvania State Police received a phone call from Large where he alleged to have made threats as well as making a statement that he had something planned for months that would make the recent Orlando shooting look small.


June 14, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Robert Mathieson announces the results from Operation “Caretaker,” an operation targeting sex offender registry compliance in Fairfax County. The U.S. Marshals Service, in partnership with the Virginia State Police, began the operation early Saturday morning.


June 10, 2016 - The district of New Mexico has added Melvin Lopez to their most wanted fugitive list. Lopez is wanted for charges of Aggravated Burglary (Deadly Weapon) and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.


June 09, 2016 - A fugitive wanted on outstanding Homicide charges out of the United Kingdom has been arrested today by a team of U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers from the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force in the Southern District of New York.


June 09, 2016 - John Thomas Coley and William Eugene Hill were arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the High Point Police Department. Coley was wanted for Attempted First Degree Murder, Possession of Firearm by a Felon, and Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injury. Hill was arrested at the scene and charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.


June 09, 2016 - A two-day initiative named Operation Big Show focusing on the compliance of high-risk offenders on probation and parole supervision resulted in the arrest of 54 individuals and the service of more than 100 warrants.


June 09, 2016 - Efforts by investigators paid off yesterday in Claremont, NH, when members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested this week’s “Fugitive of the Week.” Gerald “Jay” Swanson was being sought by the U.S. Marshals on a Federal Supervised Release warrant, stemming from an original conviction and sentence for a 2006 case involving Cocaine Sales.


June 08, 2016 - Kyle Lavar McNeil was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. On May 31, 2016, warrants were issued for McNeil by the Burlington Police Department for First Degree Murder and Robbery with Dangerous Weapon.


June 07, 2016 - On June 3, 2016, Bradley Teres Gilmore was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the High Point Police Department. On May 11, 2016, warrants were issued for Gilmore for felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon on a government official and misdemeanor Flee to Elude Arrest.


June 03, 2016 - Today, the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force developed information that lead to the arrest of Joseph MacDonald Jr., of Manchester, who was wanted by Raymond Police Department for three (3) counts of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault of a Child under the age of 13 years old.


June 02, 2016 - Members of the United States Marshals Service Wyoming Fugitive Task Force, along with members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and Casper Police Department arrested fugitive Delvin Conrad Red Eagle on charges of 2nd Degree Homicide.


June 01, 2016 - Deangelo Martinez, aka “Lethal”, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Martinez is a Topeka resident wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office for one count of Murder in the first degree. A warrant was issued for his arrest on April 11, 2016, but Martinez fled the state of Kansas to avoid prosecution.


June 01, 2016 - Deputy U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force arrested four fugitives wanted for Murder. Shawna Cannon, William P. Alexander and Joshua Taramasco, were all wanted for open counts of Homicide, Conspiracy, Robbery, Kidnapping, and Tampering with Evidence by the Albuquerque Police Department. Mitch Lopez was wanted for 2nd Degree Murder by the Farmington Police Department.


May 31, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Gregory Jenkins in Scranton, PA. In May 2016, Scranton Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Jenkins with Aggravated Assault.


May 31, 2016 - On May 29, 2016, Seirras Deshan Cobb was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force out of Greensboro. On May 27, 2016, the Winston-Salem Police Department took out arrest warrants charging Cobb with: Murder and Possession of a Firearm by Felon.


May 31, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals and the Commonwealth of Virginia are seeking the public’s help in locating Estanislao Alfaro. Alfaro is wanted for attempted rape of a child less than 13 years old and animate object sexual penetration.


May 31, 2016 - In a collaborative effort, the U.S. Marshals Service teamed up with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and 18 other federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to conduct the largest scale sex offender check ever conducted in Jackson County. Entitled “Operation Safe Spring”, over 140 law enforcement officers came together for a common goal; 100% sex offender registration compliance.


May 27, 2016 - This past Monday, officers from the Boscawen Police Department arrested fugitive Eric Todd. Eric Michael Todd has been wanted by the New Hampshire Department of Corrections Parole Board since July 30th, 2015. Todd was on parole as a part of his conviction and sentence for burglaries.


May 27, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a fugitive wanted by the State of Vermont with three outstanding felony arrest warrants. Jay Gochie, of Newport, Vermont, was arrested on May 26, 2016 in Holland, Vermont when confronted by Deputy U.S. Marshals and members of the Vermont Violent Offender Task Force.


May 26, 2016 - Donovan Mark Herisse, a fugitive wanted for violently beating and raping a woman he met on the online dating website, “Plenty of Fish,” was arrested on May 24th in Piedmont, South Carolina by a team of law enforcement officers led by the U.S. Marshals.


May 25, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force apprehended Efren Joel Sanchez-Peña, aka “Papa”. Sanchez-Peña was sought after by federal authorities in the District of Puerto Rico for Drug Conspiracy and Money Laundering.


May 25, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team from the Cincinnati Office, Dayton Office and the Miamisburg Police Department arrested fugitive Robert L. Curry on an outstanding arrest warrant from Hendricks County, Indiana. Curry was wanted by the Hendricks County Sheriff’s Office in Indiana on a charge of Battery by means of Deadly Weapon and felony carrying of a handgun with a prior felony conviction. The Indianapolis Metro Police Department identified Curry as a possible suspect in a recent homicide in the Indianapolis metro area.


May 20, 2016 - Mark Zendejas was arrested today by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in Universal City, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department Homicide Unit, where it is alleged that Zendejas committed Capital Murder.


May 19, 2016 - Maurice Graham Jr., from Madison WI, was arrested earlier today in Chicago, IL by members of the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force. An arrest warrant had been issued pursuant to an investigation by the Madison Police Department where it is alleged that Graham was involved in a shooting that took place in Madison on May 01, 2016.


May 18, 2016 - Randall Lee Bass was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force with the assistance of the Durham Police Department. On May 11, 2016, arrest warrants were issued for Bass by the Durham Police Department for the following charges: First Degree Rape, First Degree Kidnapping, Assault by Strangulation, Common Law Robbery, misdemeanor Assault Inflicting Serious Injury, habitual misdemeanor Assault, Communicating Threats and Assault on an Female.


May 18, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals – Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested fugitive, Michael Gillen at a Sarasota, Florida residence. Michael Gillen was wanted by the Hampton, New Hampshire Police Department for failing to maintain his sex offender registration. Gillen is required to register as a sex offender due to his 2001 convictions in Rockingham County Superior Court for six (6) counts of Felonious Sexual Assault, as well as 14 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Gillen is considered to be a tier 3 sex offender, which is considered to be the most likely to re-offend.


May 16, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team and the Butler County Sheriff’s Office arrested fugitive Nicholas Taylor on an outstanding arrest warrant from Sevier County, Tennessee. Taylor was wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on a charge of Murder.


May 13, 2016 - Today, fugitive gang member Raymond Aviles Rios was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Rios had been sought by law enforcement since Monday, when he fled a half-way house after being informed of several rule violations. The time Rios spent at the half-way house was part of his 55 month federal sentence for a December 2011 bank robbery in Manchester.


May 12, 2016 - Today, the U.S. Marshals of the Middle District of Alabama arrested former Tallassee Police Chief Chris Miles. Miles was wanted for a Pre-Trial Release Violation where he failed to self-surrender to the Federal Bureau of Prisons on Friday, May 6th.


May 12, 2016 - Last night, officers from the Nashua Police Department arrested fugitive, Lauren Munday, who was injured as she attempted to flee from authorities. Lauren Munday was wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants. The first warrant was issued by Hillsborough County for Probation Violations, as a result of a conviction and sentence for First Degree Assault.


May 11, 2016 - Officers from the Nashua Police Department arrested a fugitive that had been in hiding since his warrant was issued on January 11, 2016. Bryan Michael Schofield was wanted on a Rockingham County arrest warrant for Failure to Appear on five counts of First Degree Assault and Burglary.


May 11, 2016 - On May 10, 2016, the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of the Durham Police Department’s HEAT 4 Unit and the Violent Response Team, arrested Jamol Louis Dixon for the third time this year. Dixon was arrested on January 13, 2016, where he was a suspect in a Murder and on February 24, 2016, for Assault on a female.


May 11, 2016 - Michelle Antoinette Filby was arrested today in Torrance, California. Filby was wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office for Second Degree Murder.


May 11, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in locating fugitive gang member Raymond Aviles Rios, whose last known address was at the Hampshire House, a federal half-way house located on Elm Street in Manchester NH.  Rios was serving part of a 55 month federal sentence for a December 2011 bank robbery in Manchester. Rios has a long criminal history involving several crimes of violence and should be considered dangerous.  


May 10, 2016 - Deputy U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers assigned to the Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force arrested fugitive Shane Garcia.  Garcia was wanted by the Albuquerque Police Department for multiple felony warrants to include; Aggravated Burglary with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Residential Burglary, Residential Burglary, Larceny, Tampering with Evidence, Receiving and Transferring Stolen Property, Resisting and Evading, Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle and Conspiracy.


May 10, 2016 - Early this morning, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force made two arrests of Strafford County Fugitives in the same Abbey Lane Apartment in Dover. Arrested were; Kristin Gates and Branden P. Rabideau, both of Dover.


May 10, 2016 - Efrain Serrano-Ramirez was arrested in Tyler, Texas by the U.S. Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force. Serrano-Ramirez was considered armed and dangerous. He had warrants from the Los Angeles Police Department for Murder relating to his involvement in a shooting that happened at a gas station in 2006.


May 09, 2016 - After more than 48 years on the run, Georgia escapee Robert E. Stackowitz was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Connecticut on Monday. On Aug. 22, 1968, Stackowitz escaped from the infirmary at the Carroll County Prison Work Camp in Carrolton, Georgia. He was serving a 17-year sentence for Robbery by Force.


May 09, 2016 - A fugitive gang member with violent tendencies was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force a short time ago. Jose Gonzalez was arrested by members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force at a residence in the 200 block of Calef Road in Manchester.


May 09, 2016 - Fugitive sex offender, William Soltan, was arrested on Friday by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Shirley, NY. Soltan is a Tier II sex offender and is required to register for life while living in New Hampshire. Soltan was originally convicted of 2 counts of Felonious Sexual Assault on a Child (between 13 and 16 years of age).


May 06, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Tyler Webber, was arrested this morning in Rochester, NH by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Webber had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office for Bail Violation on an original offense of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery.


May 05, 2016 - Shahard Lamar Harvey was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of the Durham Police Department. On June 14, 2015, an arrest warrant was issued for Harvey by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office for the following charges: Murder, Possession of a Firearm for an Unlawful Purpose and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.


May 05, 2016 - On Wednesday, U.S. law enforcement officials took custody of Rexhep Rraci, a fugitive wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Aggravated Sexual Assault on a Child in Conroe, Texas. Rraci was recently returned to the U.S. after being arrested in Kosovo.


May 05, 2016 - The U.S Marshals Service, along with Task Force Officers from the United States Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force, added Shane Garcia to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted fugitive list. Garcia is wanted for Aggravated Residential Burglary with a Deadly Weapon. Garcia has a violent criminal history including charges of; Residential Burglary, Armed Robbery and Assault.


May 04, 2016 - The U.S. States Marshals Service Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force, Altoona Police Department and the Blair County Sheriff’s Office arrested fugitive Brian Anthony Ray II. Ray was charged by the Wilkinsburg Police Department on April 29, 2015 with Carrying a Firearm without a License, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance, Recklessly Endangering another Person and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer.


May 04, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals held a live and Web simulcast vehicle auction at the KCI Auto Auction in Kansas City, Missouri last Thursday. The auction included over 20 high-end cars and motorcycles from Thomas Hauk's private collection. Over 700 bidders from 30 states competed with one another for a chance to own one of these exotic and pristine vehicles, many of which had barely been driven.


May 03, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force in Montgomery, Alabama arrested Kisha Johnson, the ex-girlfriend of Raymond Pruitt, who was the subject of a recent multi-state manhunt ending in his arrest on Friday in Troy, Alabama. Johnson was arrested at her residence in Montgomery and charged with felony Hindering Prosecution.


May 03, 2016 - Yesterday, the Manchester Police Department received information from an anonymous tipster that a wanted fugitive could be found in the parking lot of an apartment complex off of West River Rd in the city.  Officers from the Manchester Police Department responded to the area and located last week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Eric Savage. Savage was wanted on an outstanding Hillsborough County arrest warrant for Failure to Appear on four counts of Second Degree Assault.


May 01, 2016 - On April 28th, members of the Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force and the Puerto Rico Police San Juan Strike Force arrested Josue Vazquez Carrasquillo. Carrasquillo was charged along with more than a hundred people by the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms with several counts; including Firearms, Drugs, Murder and RICO act violations. Vazquez Carrasquillo was featured as the number one on the ten most wanted list for the district of Puerto Rico.


April 30, 2016 - Kim “Shelby” Herndon was arrested this past Tuesday in Cancun, Mexico. Herndon had outstanding warrants for Narcotics and Aggravated Robbery by the Smith County Sheriff’s Office. Herndon had been a fugitive since December 2015. The Sheriff’s Office requested assistance, and in January 2016, the U.S. Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force adopted Herndon’s case for fugitive apprehension.


April 29, 2016 - The manhunt for multi-state crime spree fugitive Raymond Pruitt is finally over. Pruitt was arrested Friday afternoon after leading authorities in Troy, Alabama, on a high-speed car chase along Highway 87 towards Enterprise, Alabama. He was taken into custody after he crashed his vehicle into a tree.


April 29, 2016 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Trev Jackson in Philadelphia, PA. On November 22, 2015, a Northern York County Regional Police Officer initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle swerving in and out of traffic. During this contact, the driver, later identified as Jackson, fired multiple rounds at the police officer. The officer was not struck and returned fire at his attacker. Jackson fled in the vehicle from the scene.


April 29, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested an Illinois juvenile yesterday on an outstanding warrant issued by the Rock Island County Illinois. Kire G. Carr was wanted by the Rock Island Police Department for one count of First Degree Murder.


April 28, 2016 - Devonte Lamar Jackson was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Durham Police Department. On April 14, 2016, warrants were issued for Jackson by the Durham Police Department for the following charges; Murder, Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Conspiracy Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.


April 28, 2016 - U.S. Marshals and Virginia State Police announce the completion of “Operation Check and Balance”. The one day operation on April 23rd included the cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, Hampton and Chesapeake along with the counties of James City, Suffolk and York. During this operation, U.S. Marshals and Troopers were presented with almost 200 convicted sex offenders to account for. Of the nearly 200 offenders, 165 were deemed compliant. Of the 22 non-verified offenders, Virginia State Police will continue to investigate these cases and determine if state or federal charges are warranted.


April 28, 2016 - Matthew Boggs was arrested this afternoon by members of the United States Marshals Service Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force in Sealy, TX. Arrest warrants were issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department, where it is alleged that Boggs committed Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Deadly Conduct with a Weapon.


April 28, 2016 - Members of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force in Montgomery, Alabama, and Pensacola, Florida, are currently attempting to locate and apprehend Raymond Pruitt, a fugitive wanted in several jurisdictions in Alabama and Florida for Armed Robbery, Attempted Murder, and Murder.


April 28, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals are turning up the heat in the search for brothers John Blaine Reed and Tony Clyde Reed by offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to their arrest in connection to the suspected murder of Washington state couple Patrick Shunn and his wife, Monique Patenaude.


April 27, 2016 - Rico Jamar Williams was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force out of Greensboro, NC. On April 20, 2016, the Winston-Salem Police Department took out an arrest warrant charging Williams with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury, Possession of a Firearm by Felon and Injury to Real Property.


April 27, 2016 - Jesus Javier Hernandez was taken into custody through the corroboration of three law enforcement agencies. Hernandez was arrested by the Gaffney Police Department in South Carolina after authorities confirmed information supplied by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force out of Greensboro, NC. Hernandez was wanted by the Chapel Hill Police Department for First Degree Forcible Rape.


April 25, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals are holding a live and Web simulcast vehicle auction in Kansas City, Missouri, Thursday. The auction includes 25 vehicles worth more than $1.5 million. The auction starts at noon CDT Thursday at KCI Auto Auction; 11101 N. Congress Ave.; Kansas City, MO 64153.


April 22, 2016 - On April 22, 2016, at 12:00 a.m. John Dacosta, a 36 year old, Male, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force (JFTF) and the Concord Police Department. On November 19, 2014, a Federal Supervised Release Violation warrant was issued in the Central District of California. In addition, on March 30, 2015, the Ontario Police Department issued a warrant for possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.


April 22, 2016 - United States Marshal Amos Rojas Jr. announces the arrest of Luis Rivera-Garcia, Juliet Estrada-Perez, and Enrique Gonzalez-Torres who are wanted for violating their supervised release on federal Credit Card Fraud charges in New Orleans, Louisiana.


April 22, 2016 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Taquanah Martin in Tobyhanna, PA. Martin is wanted in the state of New Jersey by the Newark Police Department for Aggravated Assault and Firearm Violations.


April 22, 2016 - Kyle Engen, from Marshall, WI, was arrested yesterday in Granby, CO by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, the Granby Police Department and the Grand County Sheriff’s Department. An arrest warrant had been issued pursuant to an investigation by the Stevens Point Police Department where it is alleged that Engen shot two people during a drug deal in Stevens Point. One of those victims later died from their injuries.


April 21, 2016 - Alfred C. Lomax, the United States Marshal for the Western District of Missouri, announces the arrest of fugitive Christopher D. Harper. Harper is a convicted sex offender and has pending charges in Greene County, Missouri, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.


April 21, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Puerto Rico Violent Offender Task Force (PRVOTF) arrested two federal fugitives who were wanted on a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) warrant.  Jose Colon Paneto, 29, and Jesus Santiago Bracero, 29 of Yauco, Puerto Rico were arrested during the afternoon of April 19, 2016 in the Cerro Gordo sector, in the town of Moca. After noticing the presence of Deputy U.S. Marshals and agents of the Puerto Rico Violent Offender Task Force through close circuit cameras inside the residence, Santiago Bracero attempted to escape through the back door and jumped a fifty foot cliff, he was quickly apprehended by members of the PRVOTF. Colon Paneto made an escape through another back door with his six month old baby into a wooded area.


April 20, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested fugitive Jaylan Deshawn Traviss on an outstanding arrest warrant from Muskegon, Michigan. Traviss was wanted by the Muskegon Police Department on a charge of Murder.


April 20, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force, arrested Brandon Luther, a fugitive who was wanted for 1st degree felony Aggravated Domestic Assault and two counts of Domestic Assault, among several other charges. 


April 19, 2016 - On April 18, 2016, the U.S. Marshals-led Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force arrested Anthony John Yanis on charges of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.


April 15, 2016 - The U.S. Marshal Service put out a request for the public’s assistance just yesterday for any information on the location of fugitives, Nikolas Carr and Kaitlyn Rollins. Based on a tip, Rollins was located and arrested shortly last night by officers from the Concord Police Department at a restaurant on Fisherville Road. Carr was located and arrested this morning, when he was found sleeping inside of a friend’s residence on Wales Bridge Road in Loudon.


April 14, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico, Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team, brought three alleged killers in two days to justice. On April 13, 2016, Task Force Officers received a request from Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office for assistance in locating William York, Michelle Freer, and Steve Swayne who were suspects wanted for involvement in a Homicide that occurred in Albuquerque on April 01, 2016.


April 14, 2016 - A homicide fugitive, a suspected drug dealer, and two robbery suspects were all taken off the streets of Hampton Roads within a twelve hour span. U.S. Marshals, along with Norfolk and Portsmouth fugitive detectives made four significant arrests after a long night and a busy morning.


April 14, 2016 - The U.S. Marshal Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two fugitives that are believed to be on the run together. This week’s U.S. Marshal’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Nikolas Carr is believed to be on the run with his fugitive girlfriend, Kaitlyn Rollins.


April 13, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force, along with the Puerto Rico Police Department Bayamon Drug and Vice Unit, arrested Gisela Sanchez in San Juan, PR. Sanchez was wanted by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico for Murder and Weapon charges.


April 13, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Amos Rojas Jr. announces the arrest of Jacqueline Rutherford-Brown, who is wanted on murder charges, by the Chicago Police Department. According to Chicago Police investigators, Rutherford-Brown is wanted for allegedly stabbing a person during an attempted robbery at a party in 2013.


April 13, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service and the West Virginia State Police teamed up to conduct sex offender compliance checks during the last month in the Northern District of West Virginia. During the operations, 1,971 compliance checks were attempted on 1,550 sex offenders. As a result of the checks, 1,414 offenders were found in compliance and 136 offenders were found to be non-compliant. Out of the 136 non-compliant offenders, 30 arrests have been made and 16 other offenders are being sought.


April 11, 2016 - On April 06, 2016, Darius Javonte Carter was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Winston-Salem Police Department’s SWAT Team. On March 15, 2016, the Winston-Salem Police Department took out an arrest warrant charging Carter with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.


April 11, 2016 - From April 5th to April 8th, the U.S. Marshals Service conducted “Operation Justice 2016,” a metro wide fugitive round-up involving 29 law enforcement agencies from Maricopa and Pinal counties. The operation targeted over a thousand fugitives wanted for higher level felony crimes including Robbery, Rape, Dangerous Drugs, and Assault.


April 11, 2016 - On April 7th, 2016, members of the United States Marshals Service Wyoming Fugitive Task Force, along with members of the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office, arrested fugitive Gage Markgraf on charges of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Minor under 13 years of age.


April 11, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service, Vermont Violent Offender Task Force arrested a fugitive wanted by the State of Vermont for Escape. Dennis Rose of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on April 8, 2016 in Newport, VT when confronted by Deputy U.S. Marshals and members of the Vermont Violent Offender Task Force.


April 08, 2016 - On April 7, 2016, members of the South West Investigative Fugitive Task Force, along with members of the Las Cruces Gang Task Force located wanted subject, Julian Jesus Garcia. Garcia was in fugitive status since March and was wanted for a Parole Violation and for Failure to Comply with Conditions of Probation.


April 08, 2016 - Jesus Jose Lopez was arrested today by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. Arrest warrants were issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department Homicide Unit, where it is alleged that Lopez was involved in Capital Murder, Unlawfully Carrying a Firearm, and Possession of Marijuana.


April 08, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested two brothers, Derek Pelker and Keith Pelker, in Derry Township, PA. Derek Pelker was wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police for Bank Robbery. Keith Pelker was wanted by the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole for violations with an original charge of Robbery.


April 08, 2016 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Lajiesreh Camara in Mechanicsburg, PA. It is alleged that on February 27, 2016, Camara shot his victim five times and the victim survived the shooting incident.


April 07, 2016 - Last night, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, along with officers from the Manchester Police Department, located and arrested two wanted sex offenders in Manchester. Both sex offenders were wanted for Sex Offender Registration violations.


April 07, 2016 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, comprised of members from the U.S. Marshals Service and the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of the Washington County Sheriff’s Department, arrested Robert Foltz. Foltz was wanted on charges of failing to appear on a Child Abuse case that resulting in injuries to the child.


April 07, 2016 - Another Hampton Roads homicide fugitive has been captured in Atlanta. Karlton Lamond Boone Jr., a Suffolk native better known as “Lil Jodi,” was tracked down and arrested by U.S. Marshals this morning after fleeing to Atlanta.


April 07, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals are seeking the public’s help in locating accused rapist Michael Hawkins, who allegedly sexually assaulted a wheelchair bound victim in her Schenectady, New York, apartment while her loved ones slept only feet away.


April 06, 2016 - Raymond Oneal Harris was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Winston-Salem Police Department’s SWAT Team. On March 04, 2016, the Winston-Salem Police Department took out an arrest warrant charging Harris with Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Vehicle, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Assault with a Deadly Weapon.


April 04, 2016 - The United States Marshals Service is alerting the public to the fact that someone in the Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Farmington areas is attempting to defraud the public by impersonating Deputy U.S. Marshals.


April 04, 2016 - Wayne Haff was arrested last week in Ocklawaha, FL by members of U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force. An arrest warrant had been issued pursuant to an investigation by the Town of Madison Police Department where it is alleged that Haff committed repeated Sexual Assault of a Child.


April 02, 2016 - Donald Moore was arrested today by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department Homicide Unit, where it is alleged that Moore committed Homicide.


April 02, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Amos Rojas Jr. announces the arrest of fugitive Robert Allen Lopez. After almost 20 years on the run, Lopez is now in U.S. custody after he was located and arrested in Nicaragua on November 14, 2015 by the Nicaraguan National Police and was deported back to South Florida today to face federal charges. A team of Deputy U.S. Marshals flew to Nicaragua today and returned Lopez to the U.S.


April 01, 2016 - Gilbert Ruiz was arrested this afternoon by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office, where it is alleged that Ruiz committed Capital Murder.


April 01, 2016 - Word travels fast! This week’s “Fugitive of the Week,” Keith Wayne Russell, surrendered this afternoon to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office in Newport Richey, Florida. Russell had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Superior Court for Failure to Appear on a charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.


March 31, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals are warning the public of an ongoing jury duty telephone scam. It begins when the scammer, posing as a U.S. Marshal or other law enforcement officer, calls a victim to advise that he or she has missed federal jury duty but can avoid arrest by paying a fine immediately.


March 30, 2016 - Yesterday, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force zeroed in on two fugitive sex offenders. The first, Edward Davis, whose last known address was in downtown Rochester, NH, was located by the task force at a new residence in East Rochester. The second, Robert Kean, whose last known address was in Farmington, NH was arrested the Marshals task force after leaving a work site in Dover, NH.


March 30, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals are turning up the heat in the search for western New York fugitive Dominick Cruz, the alleged gunman in a deadly parking lot shooting in Tonawanda, New York, in January. 


March 28, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Amos Rojas Jr. announces the arrest of Luke J. Warner, one of Hawaii’s Top 15 most wanted fugitives. Warner was arrested today by street crimes officers from the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. Warner is wanted in Hawaii for skipping out on a 10-year federal prison sentence for meth trafficking.


March 25, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Kyle Henderson, was arrested today in Rochester, NH by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and several officers from the Rochester Police Department. Henderson had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office, for a Probation Violation for an original offense of Burglary.


March 24, 2016 - Jonnie Warren, Jr. was arrested in Kilgore on Wednesday, March 23rd for a Homicide and Aggravated Robbery warrant out of Tarrant County. Warren allegedly shot a woman in Ft. Worth and stole her vehicle on Tuesday, March 22nd.


March 24, 2016 - Yesterday afternoon, the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Ricky Hand. The Springfield Police Department had filed a warrant for Aggravated Robbery, charges that stemmed from a robbery in March of 2016. Hand is also a suspect in several other robberies that occurred in the Springfield area and has a history of committing robberies and burglaries.


March 23, 2016 - Today, Deputy Attorney General Sally Q. Yates and U.S. Marshals Service Deputy Director David Harlow announced that for the second consecutive year, the U.S. Marshals Service has conducted a high-impact national fugitive apprehension initiative focusing on the country’s most violent offenders. This six-week initiative, called Operation Violence Reduction12 (Operation VR12), resulted in the arrest of 8,075 gang members, sex offenders and other violent criminals.


March 23, 2016 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, comprised of members from the U.S. Marshals Service, West Virginia State Police, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, Shepherdstown Police Department and Maryland State Police, arrested Thurman May, of Hagerstown, Maryland. May was wanted on charges of Attempted Murder stemming from an altercation in Baltimore City on March 16, 2016.


March 23, 2016 - Isaiah Yellowrobe Meuchelboeck was arrested today by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in Windcrest, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Comal County Sheriff’s Office, where it is alleged that Meuchelboeck committed Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.


March 23, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Micky Garst, was arrested this afternoon by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Garst was wanted on an outstanding Hillsborough County arrest warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.


March 23, 2016 - On March 21, 2016, Ryan Quanterius Blue was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the High Point Police Department. On February 02, 2016, the High Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Blue with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.


March 22, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals-led Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force arrested Jermaine Webster Harris on charges of Carjacking, Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Violent Crime, Theft of Firearms and Possession of a Stolen Firearm.


March 21, 2016 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force is requesting the assistance of the public in locating fugitives wanted by various area law enforcement agencies within the panhandle.


March 21, 2016 - On March 20, 2016, members of the Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force apprehended Josue Pagan Fernandez, a violent fugitive from the south region of Puerto Rico. Pagan was charged and sentenced by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to twenty years for drugs and weapons charges.


March 18, 2016 - The U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Albert Scott. The Springfield Police Department issued an arrest warrant for Scott on 4 counts of Rape and 1 count of Gross Sexual Imposition. The charges stem from incidents that occurred between 1992 and 1997. The victim, who was 6 years old in 1992, recently came forward and reported the alleged conduct to the Springfield Police Department.


March 18, 2016 - Jaaquan Colelyn Brown was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force in Tyler, Texas. Brown was wanted for two Probation Violations for the original offenses of Burglary and Assault of a Public Servant. In February, 2015, Brown assaulted two Tyler Police Officers while being arrested.


March 18, 2016 - On March 14, 2016, rape suspect Esmin Flores-Rodriguez was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force out of Greensboro, NC and Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement.


March 18, 2016 - On Monday, March 14, 2016, the U.S. Marshals Service Joint Fugitive Task Force, with the assistance of Burlington Police Department and the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office, took Raphael Tomar Carter into custody. Carter was wanted for failing to appear in court on a charge of Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill, Inflicting Serious Injury.


March 16, 2016 - A suspect wanted on outstanding robbery charges has been arrested by a team of U.S. Marshals from the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force today. Courtney Hardin was being sought by the FBI on a federal warrant issued in the Southern District of New York for his alleged participation in a number of robberies, including a brazen 2014 smash-and-grab robbery at a Fifth Avenue Cartier Store.


March 16, 2016 - The man wanted for a deadly shooting outside of Roger Brown’s Restaurant in Portsmouth has been arrested. Kennyon Lamont Harris, better known as “Fee Fee” in his hometown of Suffolk, was arrested this morning at the Norfolk International Airport.


March 15, 2016 - Yesterday afternoon, Christian Mares was arrested near the area of Broadway and Mesa Dr. in Mesa. Mares, was wanted out of San Mateo County, California on a warrant for Attempted Murder, issued by San Francisco Police Department.


March 14, 2016 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Casanova Holmes in Bartonsville, PA. On March 5, 2016, it is alleged that Holmes tried to shoot his victim when the weapon misfired. When this occurred, he allegedly tried to force his way into a residence but was denied. Holmes then allegedly fired numerous rounds into the residence where several children were present.


March 11, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service along with the New Mexico State Police and Task Force Officers from the United States Marshals Service Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force added Lionel Clah and Joseph Cruz to the New Mexico’s Most Wanted.


March 11, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals are seeking the public’s help in locating Luke J. Warner, one of Hawaii’s Top 15 most wanted fugitives. Warner was recently spotted in January stealing merchandise from a Target and Michael’s store on Dixie Highway in Miami, Florida.


March 11, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals’ Arizona Wanted Task Force arrested fugitive John L. Noe on an outstanding warrant from the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court in Cincinnati, OH. Noe was wanted by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office for 2 counts of Rape, Gross Sexual Imposition, and Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor.


March 10, 2016 - Yesterday morning, the U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Issac Morgan. The Springfield Police Department issued an arrest warrant for Morgan on 2 counts of Rape, Robbery, Aggravated Burglary, and Felonious Assault.


March 09, 2016 - Lee Schmidt was arrested today by members of the Badgerland Fugitive Investigative Apprehension Squad, Beloit Police Department, and Janesville Police Department in Janesville, WI. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Beloit Police Department where it is alleged that Schmidt committed first degree Sexual Assault of a Child.


March 09, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Michael Rand Jr., was arrested this afternoon by the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force in Rochester. Rand had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office for a Probation Violation with an original offense of Resisting Arrest.


March 08, 2016 - Miguel Garcia was arrested yesterday by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department Homicide Unit, where it is alleged that Garcia committed Capital Murder.


March 07, 2016 - After mounting pressure, “Fugitive of the Week,” Brian Rodriguez, surrendered this afternoon to the Manchester Police Department. Rodriguez was featured as last week's U.S. Marshals - "Fugitive of the Week". Rodriguez was wanted on an outstanding Hillsborough County arrest warrant for Failure to Appear on charges of Stalking, Assault and Criminal Mischief.


March 06, 2016 - Yesterday evening, Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office officials took custody of Armando Inigo Aguilar from immigration officials in the Republic of Mexico at the port of entry in Nogales, Arizona. Aguilar, a U.S. citizen, was deported from Mexico on an outstanding arrest warrant for Sexual Assault, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and a Parole Violation.


March 04, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico and the Eastern District of Oklahomahoma worked together to bring the alleged killers and New Mexico’s most wanted fugitives, Matthew Chavez and Veronica Trimble to justice. Chavez and Trimble are wanted by the Albuquerque Police Department for Murder, Armed Robbery, Arson, Assault with the Intent to Commit a Violent Felony, Tampering with Evidence, Conspiracy to Commit a First Degree Felony, Aggravated Assault, Receiving and Transferring a Stolen Motor Vehicle.


March 04, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Christopher Brack in Scranton. In 2000, Brack was convicted of Involuntary Deviant Sexual Intercourse for which he received a sentence of 15 years. This conviction required him to register as a convicted sex offender.


March 03, 3016 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, comprised of members from the U.S. Marshals Service, West Virginia State Police, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, and Martinsburg City Police Department, arrested Michael Long, of Harpers Ferry, WV. Michael Long was wanted by the West Virginia State Police on charges of Attempted Murder, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Burglary and Brandishing.


March 03, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service is warning the public of a nationwide telephone scam involving individuals claiming to be U.S. marshals, court officers or law enforcement officials seeking to collect a fine in lieu of arrest for failing to report for jury duty. The U.S. Marshals Service does not call anyone to arrange payment of fines over the phone for failure to appear for jury duty or any other infraction.


March 02, 2016 - 15 Most Wanted Addition - The U.S. Marshals turned up the heat today in the search for fugitive Jean Weevens Janvier by adding him to their 15 Most Wanted list and offering a reward for information leading to his arrest. Janvier is wanted by the Boston Police Department and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office on two counts of First-Degree Murder, two counts of Armed Assault in a Dwelling, and Carrying a Firearm without a License.


March 02, 2016 - The last three suspects from the May 2015 homicide of a 17 year-old juvenile are in custody. The U.S. Marshals arrested Roderick Britt, Andre Keel, and Jalon Trotter early this morning in Atlanta.


March 01, 2016 - R.C. Curtis III was arrested this morning by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department Homicide Unit, where it is alleged that Curtis committed Capital Murder.


March 01, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service is warning the public today of a telephone scam involving a fraudulent caller contacting members of the public and alleging they or their family members have an active federal arrest warrant and demanding payment of fines.


February 29, 2016 - Markise Deshown Lytch was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force out of Greensboro. Lytch was wanted by the High Point Police Department for Attempted First Degree Murder, Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury, First Degree Burglary, and Discharging a Weapon into an Occupied Dwelling.


February 29, 2016 - The manhunt for Bryan Levi Bridges, one of Kansas’ most wanted fugitives, is finally over. Bridges was located and arrested in Juarez, Mexico on Sunday. The fugitive is wanted for First-Degree Murder, Aggravated Burglary, and Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Robbery during an October 2014 home invasion in Pittsburg, Kansas, where a victim was killed.


February 26, 2016 - Allen Douglas Redford was arrested in Winston-Salem by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force, along with the Winston-Salem Police Department’s SWAT team and GANG unit. On February 18, 2016, a warrant was issued for Redford by the Winston-Salem Police Department for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Possession of a Stolen Firearm.


February 26, 2016 - The U.S. Marshal Service, District of New Mexico, arrest wanted fugitive James Moquino, who was wanted for Escape and is alleged to be involved of fleeing the scene of a vehicle accident involving a three year old child.


February 26, 2016 - The Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, comprised of members from the U.S. Marshals Service, West Virginia State Police, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, and the West Virginia Department of Corrections, arrested Vaughn Hilliard. Hilliard was wanted by the West Virginia State Police on 5 counts of Sexual Assault and 9 counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.


February 24, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested fugitive Timothy Terry on an outstanding arrest warrant from Detroit, Michigan. Terry was wanted by the Detroit Police Department on a charge of Murder.


February 23, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Julio Enrique Melecio from York, PA. On October 8, 2015, the York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Melecio with Rape and lesser included offenses.


February 23, 2016 - Agustin Leon-Palomares was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force, along with the assistance of the Salinas Police Department and the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office, in Salinas, CA. Leon-Palomares had warrants out of Santa Cruz County and Monterey County for Terroristic Threats, Felon in Possession of a Weapon, and other charges.


February 22, 2016 - On February 19, 2016, Marion Lacount Laney was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Durham Police Department. Warrants were issued for Laney by the Durham Police Department for charges including: Discharging a Firearm into Occupied Property Inflicting Serious Injury, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.


February 20, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the return to the United States of Johann Ramirez-Herrera, formerly of York, Pennsylvania, charged with the 2011 Homicide of his infant son.


February 19, 2016 - The Badgerland Fugitive Investigative Apprehension Squad, which is comprised of members of the U.S. Marshals Service, Dane County Sheriff’s Department, Sauk County Sheriff’s Department, Wisconsin Department of Corrections and Wisconsin Criminal Investigations, arrested Sex Offender Jeremy Simons in McFarland, WI.


February 19, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service in NM is asking for assistance in locating George Bond. Bond is wanted for failing to appear at arraignment for an open count of Homicide. Bond is currently attempting to avoid apprehension by Law Enforcement and is believed to be armed and dangerous.


February 18, 2016 - Anthony Jerome Brown was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Durham Police Department. On December 21, 2015, warrants were issued for Brown by the Durham Police Department for charges including: Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Habitual Felon, Assault, and Federal Supervised Release Violation.


February 18, 2016 - Jonathan Brown was arrested by a team of U.S. Marshals from the Southern District of New York and NYPD Detectives from the U.S. Marshals New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force. Brown was being sought on a state warrant issued out of Oneida County, New York for his alleged participation in the 2014 shooting and murder of 23-year-old Andre Lamar Oliver-Kenny.


February 17, 2016 - Alfred Angel Eslora was arrested today by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in Pleasanton, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department Homicide Unit, where it is alleged that Eslora committed Homicide.


February 16, 2016 - The United States Marshal Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force officers joined forces with Albuquerque Police Department Detectives and arrested fugitive Darrius Valles who is a suspect in the death of Jerry Jennings.


February 16, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” James “Jersey” Rhodes was arrested by the Pemberton Township Police Department. Rhodes had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Nashua Police Department for Armed Robbery.


February 16, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Dorbor Nyonee was arrested during the early morning hours of Valentine’s Day in Manchester, New Hampshire. Mr. Nyonee was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Federal court in Concord, NH for Supervised Release Violations. Dorbor was on supervised release as part of his sentence for a 2011 conviction for Counterfeiting.


February 12, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Amos Rojas Jr. announces the arrest of Jamaal John Smith who is believed to be the alleged shooter in a triple homicide in central Florida. Smith was taken into custody yesterday by the U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force in Miami with the assistance of detectives from the City of Miami, City of North Miami Police Departments, and a Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy who are all assigned to the Marshals task force.


February 12, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested a Columbus man today on an outstanding warrant issued by the Magistrate Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia. Christopher Lamar Jones was wanted by the Beckley, WV Police Department First Degree Murder, Malicious Wounding, Wanton Endangerment and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.


February 12, 2016 - This afternoon, Deputy U.S. Marshals and members of the North Texas Fugitive Task Force attempted to serve an arrest warrant subject David Watson. Watson was wanted for Robbery out of Hood County.


February 12, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Deanna Spencer, was arrested this morning by the U.S. Marshals Task Force, at an Ela Court apartment in Rochester. Spencer had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office, for violations of probation as a result of being convicted and sentenced for drug offenses.


February 11, 2016 - This morning, Kenneth Ward was arrested by the U.S. Marshal Joint Fugitive Task Force. On December 5, 2015 warrants were issued by Raleigh Police Department charging Ward with Human Trafficking Child Victim and Promoting Prostitution of a Minor.


February 11, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service is warning the public today of a telephone scam involving a man posing as a U.S. Marshal. The man reportedly identifies himself as a U.S. Marshal while calling victims to advise that he or she has missed federal grand jury but can avoid arrest by paying a fine immediately.


February 09, 2016 - A suspect wanted in connection with a September 2015 shooting in Marion County, Illinois, was arrested by a joint law enforcement task force Monday evening in Battle Creek, Michigan. The suspect, Charles D. Collins, is charged with Attempted First-degree Murder and Aggravated Battery.


February 09, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals’ Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested murder suspect Michael Prewitt on February 08, 2016 on an outstanding warrant from the Hamilton County Municipal Court in Cincinnati, OH.


February 08, 2016 - Today, Johnathan Davion Mango was arrested in St. Louis, Missouri. Mango was wanted by the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office for second degree Murder. A warrant was recently issued for Mango’s arrest for a murder which occurred in Topeka, KS back in March of 2006.


February 04, 2016 - UPDATE: Blake FITZGERALD is Deceased and Brittany HARPER is in Custody - The U.S. Marshals are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of a Missouri couple accused of a crime spree spanning three states. Blake Edward Fitzgerald and his girlfriend, Brittany Nicole Harper, are wanted on charges of Kidnapping, Burglary and Theft, and are believed to have most recently committed crimes in Alabama, Georgia and Florida.


February 04, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals arrested a Cedar Rapids, Iowa man in Arizona who is wanted on charges of Sexual Abuse, involving a minor. Jerek Anthony Strouf is a suspect in a 2014 incident that occurred in Linn County, IA.


February 04, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrests of Gregory Lownes and Stefanie Kabonic, both of Lower Paxton Township. Lownes is wanted for Criminal Attempt – Homicide and Robbery, and Kabonic is wanted for Robbery.


February 04, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce that yesterday morning, the U.S. Marshals Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Tamara Remy and her husband, Christopher Remy. The Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team worked closely with the Springfield Police Department after Tamara and Christopher Remy were charged with raping three children over the course of several years.


February 03, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Rajawn Alee Andre Moore. Moore was charged by the Harrisburg Police Department with the November 13, 2015 death of Twame Evans.

January 30, 2016 - On January 28, 2016, the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force located and arrested fugitive Dennis Knapp, of Baltimore, Maryland. Knapp was wanted for violating his probation in Maryland stemming from an Armed Robbery case.


January 29, 2016 - The United States Marshals Service, working with detectives from the Albuquerque Police Department Homicide and Gang Units, the U.S. Marshals South West Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force, has added Darrius Valles to its New Mexico’s Most Wanted list. Valles is wanted on an open count of Murder related to a homicide that occurred on January 16, 2015.


January 29, 2016 - This morning, James Franklin Oxendine was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force out of Greensboro. On January 04, 2016, a warrant for arrest was issued for Oxendine by the Greensboro Police Department for Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon. The charge stemmed from an incident that took place at the Studio 6 Motel in Greensboro.


January 28, 2016 - From January 27 to January 28, U.S. Marshals from the Eastern District of Tennessee, along with Smoky Mountains Fugitive Task Force officers from the Knoxville Police Department, The Knox County Sheriff’s Office, and the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office, assisted the Grainger County Sheriff’s Office in conducting its 2016 sex offender compliance operation. Dubbed “Operation Make It Rain,” officers conducted a county-wide compliance and enforcement initiative to ensure sex offenders were following the guidelines of the sex offender registry.


January 27, 2016 - On January, 21, 2016, Robert Bernard Jackson and Charles William Willis, were arrested in Baltimore, MD by members of the U.S. Marshals Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force. On January 8, 2016, warrants were issued for Jackson and Willis by the Durham Police Department for Murder, Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.

January 27, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Frederick Michael Cote, was arrested late last night in Wakefield, MA. Mr. Cote was wanted on two outstanding arrest warrants. The first was issued by the Rockingham County (NH) Superior Court for Probation Violations, based on a prior conviction and sentence for a heroin related offense; the second warrant was issued by the Merrimack (NH) Police Department for the offense of Larceny, stemming from an alleged high dollar theft from a jewelry store.


January 26, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Richard William Kinnard II, from York, PA, for Homicide and other related crimes. Deputy U.S. marshals and task force officers arrested Kinnard without incident in Tucson, AZ.


January 25, 2016 - A second attempted murder and kidnapping suspect, Curtis Lewis Jackson, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force and the Durham Police Department’s Violent Incident Response Team on January 21, 2016. Jackson was wanted by the Durham Police Department for Attempted First Degree Murder, First Degree Kidnapping and Felony Conspiracy.


January 20, 2016 - Joshua Eric Williams was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Converse Police Department, where it is alleged that Williams committed Capital Murder.


January 20, 2016 - The United States Marshals Service Puerto Rico Violent Offenders Task Force announces the arrest of Jose Prado, who was wanted in the City of New York for criminal sexual act against a child.


January 19, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals are auctioning approximately 376 lots, many horse-related, once belonging to Rita Crundwell, the former comptroller of Dixon, Illinois, who was convicted of fraud in 2012 for stealing $53.7 million from the city over two decades. These are items that did not sell in two separate auctions held at the end of 2015, and opening bids have been lowered.


January 19, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) arrested fugitive Diondre Brandy on January 19, 2016 on an outstanding warrant from the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Cincinnati, Ohio on a charge of Rape, Felonious Assault and Gross Sexual Imposition.


January 15, 2016 - On January 14, 2016, Syron Deshon Townsend was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force. Townsend was wanted by the Durham Police Department for Attempted First Degree Murder, Assault with a Deadly Weapon on a Government Official, Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious injury, Possession of a Firearm by Felon and Possession of a Stolen Firearm.


January 15, 2016 - The hunt for the person accused for taking the life of Sanna Manneh, of Durham, is over. On November 18, 2015, officers of the Durham Police Department responded to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Ms. Manneh in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle fatally shot. On December 29, 2016, an arrest warrant was issued for Jamol Louis Dixon, charging him with First Degree Murder.


January 15, 2016 - Attempted murder suspect Rogelio Bejar is back on U.S. soil and in custody after he was removed from Mexico Friday. Bejar is wanted for his alleged involvement in the attempted murder of a man in August 2006.


January 14, 2016 - 15 Most Wanted Addition - The hunt for a Texas fugitive who made headlines in December 2006 for his “naked” arrest intensifies today after the U.S. Marshals added him to its 15 Most Wanted list. William Joseph Greer, 50, is wanted by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly murdering his girlfriend, Tammy Marie Esquivel, Dec. 19, 2006. His crime, however, was not discovered until days later after authorities found him wandering naked and intoxicated in Cleveland, Texas on Dec. 22, 2006.


January 14, 2016 - William Boyd Porter was arrested this afternoon by members of the United States Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the San Antonio Police Department, where it is alleged that Porter committed Murder.


January 14, 2016 - Yesterday, the U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team task force arrested wanted fugitive Steven Malone, after developing leads that the fugitive was in Albuquerque. Steven Malone was booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center in Albuquerque on Probation and Parole violations with the original charges of Kidnapping, Aggravated Battery and Child Abuse.


January 14, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Sean Miller, was arrested during the early morning hours today, by a U.S. Marshals Task Force, at a Park Avenue residence in Hopkinton. Miller had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the U.S. Marshals Service, for Bail Violations on an original offense of Heroin sales.


January 13, 2016 - This morning, the U.S. Marshal’s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested Harry Steadman. On 1/12/2016, the New York State Division of Parole issued a warrant for Steadman after investigators named him as the primary suspect in a homicide that occurred on 1/11/2016. Ironically enough, Steadman was just recently released from prison where he served 25 years as a result of a previous homicide conviction.


January 13, 2016 - U.S. Marshals are again releasing the following information in the fugitive hunt for Andrew “Andy” Williams, wanted in the City of Colonial Heights (VA) for numerous offenses including Possession of a Controlled Substance and firearm related charges.


January 13, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin Pane announced the arrest of Hydiea Banks on charges of Attempted Criminal Homicide. Deputy U.S. Marshals and task force officers arrested Banks after a brief altercation in York, PA. A firearm was recovered during Banks's arrest. Banks was turned over to local authorities pending court proceedings.


January 11, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Daysean Henderson  in Wilkes-Barre, PA. In July 2015, Pennsylvania State Police responded to a reported robbery with gunshots fired in Laurel Run Borough. On December 22, 2015, the Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Henderson with Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Robbery and other included offenses.


January 08, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team arrested fugitive Richard C. Saylor on felony warrants from the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court, Cincinnati, Ohio on a Sex Offense Registration charge and Probation Violation.


January 08, 2016 - U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Rosain Moreno, formerly of Crystal Springs, Fulton County, PA. On January 4, 2016, the parents of a 13-year old girl living in Cumberland County reported that their daughter ran away with Moreno. Troopers from the Pennsylvania State Police investigated and learned that Moreno along with the child may have fled to South Carolina. Troopers charged Moreno with Interference with Child Custody and asked the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force to apprehend him and recover the child.


January 08, 2016 - “Fugitive of the Week,” Robert Maunsell, was arrested this afternoon in Plant City, FL after a two year search. Maunsell had been wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant issued on January 8, 2014 by the Rockingham County Superior Court for his failure to appear for a previously imposed sentence for a 2010 conviction on a charge of second degree Assault of a Child.


January 04, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of shooting suspect, Lizandy Antonio Trejo. On November 8, 2015, the Pennsylvania State Police from Hazleton, PA investigated a shooting along Ebervale Road, Hazle Township.
