United States Marshal Conrad E. Candelaria said, “It is unconscionable that anyone would hurt a child and for this reason alone, the Marshals Service for the District of New Mexico relentlessly pursues the apprehension of those fugitives that cause injury to children. The most cherished segment of any society and community are its children and the Marshals Service embraces a fundamental priority to keep all children safe by pursuing child predators with every legal means and with all the investigative resources at its disposal”.
