The U.S. Marshals Service is Requesting the Assistance from the
Public to Locate a Violent Fugitive Gang Member

Las Cruces, NM - The Southwest Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Task Force is requesting the public’s help in locating violent fugitive Jesus Perez, 32 years of age, who resides in Las Cruces. Perez is wanted on a NM Probation Violation warrant and a Parole Violation warrant with a lengthy criminal history to include Resisting/ Evading an Officer, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon Against a Family Member, Aggravated Burglary and Drug Trafficking Charges.

Jesus Perez is a member of the “Cruces Boys” and “East-Side Locos” and is believed to be hiding out with his friends. Perez also uses the last name Martinez and is covered with tattoo’s up to his neck, with a clown on upper right arm, and with Xavier and ESL on his left arm. Perez also has the name “JUICE” on his left calf and the name” Jessica” on right side of his neck.
