Norfolk, Va. – U.S. Marshals have arrested the suspect wanted in connection to last month’s deadly shooting at Club Embassy in Virginia Beach. Tobias Loftin, 37, was taken into custody yesterday morning in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Around 1:30 a.m. on August 27, 2016, Virginia Beach police responded to a shooting at Club Embassy, located at 5476 Virginia Beach Boulevard. On August 31, warrants were issued for Loftin, charging him with first degree murder and use of firearm in commission of a felony.
